I've been a customer for several years. My service advisor always keeps me advised of the status of any repairs or maintenance on my 2020 Highlander. I alway feel like I'm geeting the best deal with no unnecessary up charges. My car is always returned to me clean & running perfectly.

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . They were super helpful and assisted from the moment I stepped in the door to completing the purchase, explaining every option in detail, including the drive test, car pickup, and follow-ups after car delivery.
