Paul was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was quick with my trade/sale, everything went smoothly and I was in and out of the dealership in record time - after all the signing was done Paul met me at my car to show me all the features, paired my phone and I was in my way
2026 Toyota Corolla review
So far so good. If had her a week. My only complaints and they're minor. One, there is only one cigarette outlet inside the center console so you have a wire going from the center console to your dash. The outlet should be somewhere on the dash. There is a usb outlet on the dash so you have to buy a new camera. Like I said minor. Two, no rear windshield wipers. The car is very quite so you don't have outside noise. Ride is very smooth. Seat is comfortable. The Ruby Pearl is stunning. For a 2026 I thought $24k was a fair price. I just filled up yesterday so jury is out on gas mileage.

AutoNation Toyota White Marsh review
Initially, I was not satisfied with the service. After stopping by to see and eventually purchasing a chevy express van, I was informed that it needed to be inspected. However, this was after filling out paperwork and waiting over 4 hours. I sent a reply email to manager. The following day I received a call from Chad who kept me updated on the status of the van. Once it was completed I finished the purchase process. All the pricing we agree upon was kept. Nothing changed! Rough start to an excellent finish. Great job AutoNation!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

My wife and i bought a Toyota Rav4 2025 yesterday 01/31/2025 from Ourisman Toyota in edgewoodmaryland. Initially, Briscoe and i have been talking through phone and text message for 2 weeks this guy is wonderful,he is such a wonderful guy.He was accommodating and worked with us through to find suited and beautiful SUV I also had the pleasure of working with Ron J., who assisted with my vehicle financing. I also want to thank and appreciate The manager Ron Jackson for his help in guiding us through the paperwork. Every employee I came in contact with at the dealership was professional and helpful. Ourisman Toyota 40 review
Nick & Dezmond are truly the best!!!!!! Go see them if you are considering purchasing a SUV. I first contacted this dealership Tuesday, 6/30, and I was lucky to get Nick. Although, I loved the vehicle, I was hesitant due to price and the dealership being over an hour away. I did an application over the phone and within an hour Dezmond had an approval. I still wasn't comfortable with the payments. Nick DID NOT let me say it again DID NOT put any pressure on me when I declined. Fast forward to Friday Nick called me back, and advised me Dezmond was able to get me a better rate. This rate would keep my payments the same with Gap and extended warranty included. I made the drive and I was not disappointed. Nick is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the details of the car, my contract and answered ALL my questions. Nick and Dezmond both was very personable and made me very comfortable. Never did I feel pressured or bamboozled. They were more than fair. Gave me adequate money for my trade and provided exemplary service. This whole experience was 1000/10. An although and hour away, these two are the only ones I want to purchase a vehicle from. Going forward they have all of my referrals. Ourisman please give these guys their kudos. PLEASE acknowledge them. They truly had a pleasant experience. AND best of all, after the test drive ans I officially said, YES, to the vehicle the process was less than an hr. Prior to coming to this dealership, I visited several others including, Mercedes and Landrover, this by far was my best experience. Ourisman again, please give them a bonus, I'm a hard customer. They make you be and look GREAT!!!! And anyone who needs a vehicle, please go see Nick and Dezmond.

Passport ToyotaReviews
Passport Toyota review
My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . I’m so blessed to be able to have had him as my salesperson because he most definitely took care of me & if i wanted to buy another car I would definitely be seeing him again . Thanks so much Mike I love my 2020 Toyota Camry

Ourisman Toyota 40 review
Had an appointment with salesman Greg Ott to test drive a 2019 Toyota Highlander. We have known "Greg "Texas Ott" for well over 25 years from buying all of our Toyota vehicles, 3 Toyota trucks , Corolla, Camry, Rav 4 and now Highlander as well as recommending others to Thompson (Ourisman). We have always been treated like a 5 star customer which is why we always come back to purchase your vehicles.

CarMax Capital BoulevardReviews
CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
