Toyota of DartmouthReviews
Toyota of Dartmouth review
I give Dartmouth Toyota an A+ for inclusive service. The grade reflects my experience beginning on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, when Paula offered a preliminary evaluation as to possible causes of the vehicle’s problems. Upon entering the garage service bay, I was greeted by a pleasant individual, the service advisor, Cascious Arruda, was well versed in the mechanical issue needing attention and, Rick, the courtesy car driver, was on time, had a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic. Rick has a good handle on managing his driving schedule in an effective and efficient manner. After the servicing, my 2013 Camry responded like the first time I drove it off the lot. Congrats to the service technician and thank you to the Dartmouth Toyota staff! Eileen Marum Customer #88371

Huge thank you to Koron and Steve for making the process of getting my grandma a new car such a great experience! They were both knowledgeable, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain everything and making sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. From picking out the car, to the financials, you could tell they cared and wanted to provide a smooth, stress-free car-buying experience! Not only would I recommend these two gents specifically, but I would recommend this dealership overall.

After a bad experience with the previous owner of this dealership I had vowed never to buy another Toyota. However, my conversation with an AI bot indicated a specific model of Toyota would best fit my needs. Maya worked all week to find that model. Unfortunately, there were none on the horizon. Then late in the week she was able to come up with an option for a vehicle one step higher at the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy in the first place. Thank you Maya.

I had a great experience buying a new car! I was incredibly stressed out when I realized that I needed to enter the car buying arena again after 10 years. I was able to send information via email to Roger Salmeron to request the best out the door price and he rose to the challenge. He then introduced me to Willie back in the finance room who worked with me to get the things I wanted for my new cars warranty. If you need a new vehicle I would suggest getting to San Marcos Toyota and asking for Roger!

The original salesman that worked with me was terrible. He knew nothing about his product. He was quickly replaced by Tavaris Williams, who knows everything about Toyotas. He was excellent. I really don't like the whole car buying process, negotiations, etc. I did not care for the set up of the showroom. I felt like I was buying a car at a circus or a cafeteria. With tables sitting out in the open, there is a lack of privacy when discussing the purchase.

Great experience with the team! Andre, Tony, and Brian in finance were all wonderful. We had a very long wait for finance but other than that, service was exceptional and we are happy with our new purchase!
