Bought a 2022 Honda Civic Sport for my nephew. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My nephew totaled his 2020 Hyundai Kona and said he’d like a Honda Civic. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Agee who couldn’t be more helpful or nice along with his manager Shelly. Rob has been with this dealership since 2009 and Shelly for 32 years. I own a funeral home and have purchased numerous cars through the years and never have I had this level of service. Lockhart Cadillac needs to take note. I let them know that I wanted to purchase a car for my nephews Christmas present. When we picked up the car, they had it in the show room with a big green bow on it. Made my nephew feel important and really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are first class people who know their product. In all the years I’ve bought Cadillacs, I rarely find the same salesperson when I go back. Ed Martin must take care of their people as Rob and Shelly both have many years at this dealership. Two words to describe O'Brien's is Honesty and Integrity. I worked with Tate in sales and he did an excellent job answering all my questions and because I live 2 hours away I had him look over the whole car and drive it before I made the 2 hr drive to the store. When I got there, and looked over the car there were no surprises. I bought the Highlander 'As Is' and with no extended warranty. Two days after I bought it I realized it had a major issue that went undetected on our test drive and my drive home for different reasons. I figured I was on my own and out of luck but decided to get a hold of Tate and tell him the issue. He in turn involved Patrick the used car general manager. They told me they would do the right thing. They were under no obligation to help me but they did. After all the facts were gathered they made me a reasonable offer to get me out of the vehicle with the issue and into another vehicle. I was shocked they made me the offer but they did exactly what they said, they did the right thing. Thank you Tate and Patrick!! One other thing - I couldn't believe how clean their used cars were, it is like buying a new car. Pablo does an amazing job cleaning the vehicles. Give a shout out to him if you buy from them. I recommend buying from them and I plan to look their way first if buying another Toyota.

2019 Toyota Highlander review
I used to own the Infiniti QX60 and loved it in every way. Had to get rid of it because of the famous transmission cvt problems so I got a Toyota. Aside from the interior which is not super sophisticated as the Infiniti, Toyota is a very reliable car. I know engine will always start and the car will always perform. Very comfortable and mileage is great for a V6! Toyota is the best! Everybody else is just an mature.

2019 Toyota Highlander review
I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.
