The staff are very nice and easy going. We looked at several vehicles and found a truck we liked but didn't think our credit was going to be good enough. We were shocked when they got us approved and got the truck we wanted. The owner and managers treated us great and we will definitely be back for all of our future vehicles!! Highly recommend them if you want a nice and friendly car buying experience. Thank you guys!!

CarMax Gulf Freeway review
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

This is the best place in town to buy, they were upfront and honest and never mislead me about any of the additional dealer adds. I went to two other dealers that both tried to slam me with the adds. I decided to buy here because they were upfront about the cost.

a day ago New Awesome experience all around my salesperson, Brian Muñoz was amazing from first contact all the way to me driving off the lot. He had sent me videos of the car I was interested in, he walked me through the process of applying on the website to get pre approve, followed through with any concerns or questions I may have had, and he informed me of all the documents I needed to bring with me. I did not feel stressed during the process and it was a quick .

It was a real pleasure working with Mo Hazzal and his team. Morgan the assigned sales associate did a tremendous job for us, from A to Z. From there we became friends. This great atmosphere has triggered our willingness, my wife and I, to do business with this merchant on a continuous basis.

Principle Hyundai BoerneReviews
Principle Hyundai Boerne review
Starting with Polite Paul, the AI assistant, to make an appointment, and Tony and Miriam the advisors, my experience was excellent. It was really busy when I brought my vehicle in for service. They were teaming up and juggling customers, such that no one was left unattended and their needs were being met. I’ve never had advisors work as a team at any other dealership like they were doing. Between the two of them, they were getting things done! In reviewing the inspection video by the tech, it became obvious that the individual was new there and was following protocol in the review. The only flaw was that the odometer read 120,000 miles and he was going by that. There was no current notification of the engine replacement Principle did a year and a half ago, which would have shown that there was really only 25,000 miles on that engine. I’m sure that is an exception rather than the rule, but the tech should be able to quickly see a major item like that without having to view that vehicle’s entire history. Just a suggestion on my part, not any problem with the advisors or tech. I have always had excellent customer service at Principle Hyundai.

I truly enjoyed my shopping experience yesterday on Friday. October 2, 2015. Mia was very patient, professional, and caring in listening to my needs and concerns. With God's and Mia's help I was able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus. Thank you again Mia for being an excellent salesperson. I will definitely recommend CarMax to my friends.
2019 Toyota Highlander review
I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Daniel was great. He was very responsive when I was contacting him about the vehicle before I ever decided to make the hour drive to actually see it. Once I arrived he was great to work with and quick to get the sale completed. Sometimes buying a car can be a drag and take all day, but I was in and out and driving away in my new truck in less than 3 hours total. Daniel even reached out to me that evening and the next day to thank me again and to ask if I’d be willing to refer potential buyers his way. Absolutely I will. If I need another truck anytime soon, I’m calling Daniel!
