They went above and beyond. First impression means so much. I spoke to them one day. I showed up a couple days later and didn't realize they were closing in 10 minutes. Bob G told me not to worry and stayed another hour to answer questions. He then searched for a truck for me until he found one. They had to dive over 500 Mike's for it. They treated me like a friendly coffee shop. Great service, great price, and a great experience. I'll be back for my next vehicle when the time come. Thsnks all.

We keep our cars for a long time so I looked long & hard and decided one the Highlander. I test drive it and thought it was the most comfortable & I loved all of the safety features!

I'd found this dealership as a happy accident. I was in the market for a particular model and discovered they had one in stock. Jon ( and Terry) were a pleasure to work with, and knowledgeable on the cars on their lot. Jon even managed to get me financing through my own credit union at a better rate than i was offered directly from my loan department. Quick "sign and drive" I hope and expect to have this vehicle for years to come, for for those looking to buy, they are worth a visit

Good looking car. Drives smooth. Roomy and comfortable inside. My teenage son has plenty of leg room in the back. Love the Bluetooth, 6 CD player, backup camera and steering wheel controls. Screen tells me how many miles I have left in the tank. Only complaint, back seat technically seats 3 ppl. They're bucket seats, not bench, and the middle seat is only wide enough to fit a small, skinny child.

No issue with dealership. They made a good effort to help and even suggest that I call Toyota about my issue with my Tundra. 2008 model with 68K miles and the secondary injection system was stuck open. I am not even sure what that is or if I said it correctly. It is under warranty for 10yr/100K. My warranty expired 10 days ago due to the 10 year mark. I called Toyota and spoke with Matthew. His quote was ???it doesnt matter if it is 1 minute or 1 mile out of warranty, Toyota will not cover it.??? I have only purchased Toyota (2) or Lexus (2) vehicles in the last 10 years. Four vehicles in total and all purchased new. Right now, I really dont care to purchase another product.

This is my 2nd Highlander. It is so easy and comfortable to drive. Third row is handy and plenty of room for 3 children. I'm thankful for the larger cargo space when 3rd row is up compared to 2009 model.

Dan and Patrick were the two salesmen who helped me out. Jessie was the finance rep. I inquired about a 2017 Subaru WRX STI and got a prompt response from Patrick. My buying process was pretty smooth and the overall communication with them was great, even being an out of state buyer! More like across the country, haha! Paperwork was sent fairly quick. Happy Subaru buyer!

I needed a 7 passenger vehicle that was more reliable than my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. I wanted everything that my pac had. This limited was it! It had Everything I wanted including a Navi system. Only thing I wish it had were parking sensors like my Lr2 has.( my lr2 doesn’t have a backup system 😞) Very reliable!! Had for two years and just replaced rear brakes & key fob battery. Luv keyless entry. Cant go wrong. The seats are not as comfortable as I would have liked( drove to Ohio, Virginia & Iowa) and it’s not as comfortable as my lr2) very Good buy especially here in the North East! No problems!

After purchasing upwards of 20 new vehicles in my lifetime, I have to say the Ford F-150 I bought from Julie at Napleton Ford last week was my best hassle free experience to date. Julie was patient as I decided which model was best for me, was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions. I love my Highlander. It seats up to 7 passengers or I can lay 2nd and 3rd row seats and transport larger items as big as a couch. Very versatile.

Yesterday (10/21/16) was my first visit to your dealership at 3225 S. 108 St. and my first dealership to look for a used small SUV. I had seen a Jeep that you had online/Autotrader and I decided to check it out on my way home from medical appointment I just had. Upon my arrival, I was met outside by Mr. Kevin Nelson. Being that in the past I have been an Employment Manager many years followed by 20 years in Real Estate selling new homes, I am quick to decide if the sales person is good or not. Mostly if they LISTEN TO MY WANTS AND NEEDS. I knew in short order I had hit the jack pot with Mr. Nelson. He is the type of salesperson you want to work with, unlike the kind you would like to run from, the minute you meet him. I knew he was there to help me find the perfect car to fit my needs, which were: Due to my neck problems and my husbands leg problems, the ease of getting in & out on both sides, ease of using the hatch back door, 4 wheel drive, gas mpg and price of the vehicle. He really listened to my needs and when the car I came to see was not going to meet ALL of my needs he was quick to show me one that did. Right there after he had it pulled out for me, to take it on a test drive and even offered for me to take it and pick up my husband at home and drive around if I wanted. PERFECT! I have been driving a large SUV but no longer need that seeing I am no longer pulling a travel trailer or for that matter, taking long trips. I do all the driving. Kevin is professional and relates well to his customer. Knowledgeable and also fast to get answers when needed. You have a 10 STAR salesman that you can be very proud of! I will be sure to send him referrals. I have bought many cars over the years but I will say I have never bought one on my first stop/look see and needless to say Kevin helped make that happen. When we lost our 2006 Prius to a deer, our first call was to Jamie to help us find a replacement. We had an excellent experience with him in 2016 with our Highlander and knew we could trust him to understand our needs and limitations and find the best fit. Jamie found a used Prius that was just arriving at the dealer; we test drove it and bought it (while others were waiting to test drive it). This suv would not be half bad except for the horrible wind noise front passenger. Toyota looked at it twice and won't admit there is excess wind much more fix it. I am working with them but I suspect I will be let down. If this is the case I will dump it and drive my 2002 until it dies and then buy a ford f 150 rather than a tundra.. Yes its that bad!!! I loved the 2002, this one not so much and not just the wind. The gps is useless and hard to use, the voice commands are 100% useless. ask it for pizza and it comes back with steak, not even close. I choose to use my $159 garmin which is 10X better and I never ever had to open the manual. Also the shut off at stop sign is useless and annoying. Overall its a solid 3 with nothing special and no redeeming options. It is my 6th Toyota/ lexus and probably the only one that isn't 5* It is probably 1 month from going on the lot unless they can fix the horrible wind., then I might look past all the average stuff.

I had a 2017 model that was totaled, however my wife who was driving it did not have a scratch except the pains from the accident.All air bags opened instantly and the seat belt tightened immediately preventing her head hitting the steering or windshield. The other car was also totaled , however the other driver had several broken bones.Therefore we decided to buy the same car and same model but the 2019.

After needing service on my 2007 Toyota Prius Touring model with 175k on it. I didn't feel it appropriate to return to Safro/Napleton Toyota after years of service there and the treatment my husband received from them after getting hurt on the job after 19 years of dedicated service there. I truly felt Henry Tessmer and Co. don't appreciate people and therefore didn't want to share my hard earned money at his place of business. Therefore I asked my husband who he knew in the business. He spoke highly of Mr. Mike Greco. I asked where he was at. He told me Wilde Toyota. I asked if he would contact him and get something set up. Which He did. Mike set us up with John Puering, John involved Adam when things were discovered about poor workmanship over an accident in cured 2 months after I took delivery in 2007. They also explained as my husband believed that the regenerative batteries failed. Wow! Mike and John got them covered all but shipping and installation. Then explained about a leaky water pump, which we had replaced, along with some other necessary repairs. Now it's off to Goffs Auto body to get corrected. A Big Kudos to Mike, John, Adam, and the Tech. I look forward to continuing my service at Wilde Toyota, and can not wait to get the 51 mpg Rav from them. Thanks, Joyce W

I left a review on a different site, but my explanation is the same. This is the 6th car we've bought at wilde in the past 25 years. Same amazing help from the people that work here. Had the chance of working with Mike Walters who helped us test drive a few cars, and after a week, unfortunately Mike was out so I had the pleasure of working with Tony Chan who was just as respectful as Mike. Phil Lo was great and efficient in explaining the financial throughout the process of purchasing my 2014 Camry. All three of them are courteous and respectful. The two salesmen were understanding of my circumstances and needs in purchasing a new car, and Phil made explaining the numbers a breeze. Looking forward to the 7th someday!

I was hesitant to give up the RAV-4 I had owned for several years because it was so easy to drive. But my wife and I found we needed a larger vehicle when we both retired as we wanted to start taking more and longer road trips. My wife and I both love the Highlander...everything about it. It has so many safety features that make us feel more comfortable when driving on freeways and also city streets. I love the increased leg room (I'm 6'4") so the seats fit my long legs better. The pearl white color is gorgeous, the overall design is really nice, and the reliability is excellent. We are so happy we purchased the Highlander...our road trips are a great experience in this vehicle.

1 review 5.0 star rating 2/27/2017 After stepping out of my car I was pounced upon by a salesperson .Whoa! Back off! I was able to dodge him, and go off on my own to look at used vehicles. While doing so, a different sales person (Danny Miethke) sauntered by and said if you have any questions Ill be around. I thanked him and went on about my business looking at the cars. Soon I did have a few questions about a Rav 4 that I was looking at. I called him back over and we chatted about the in and outs, and the pro and cons. He never once tried to steer me in any one direction. Danny offered sound and honest advise for which I respect and admire. I appreciate that he wasn't pushy and let me take my time in all decisions I needed to make. I returned to Wilde the following Monday with a few questions on the vehicle. Danny got into the vehicle and explained all the new buttons to me how to synch the phone to the car when to use certain buttons like for when you are going 25 and under when you're stuck and cant move. Many things I wouldn't have known if he wouldn't have taken the time out to explain them to me. He spent a good amount of time with me, never making me to feel silly or stupid. If there was something I didn't understand he would find a different way to explain it to me so that I could understand. This is the kind of salesman I will always come back to in the future . We take the car on long trips and it's so comfortable and drives smoothly. Good mileage per gallon rate. Plenty of room for luggage and passengers.

This will be my third RAV4 bought from Wilde Toyota (one was for my mother, 2 for me) All 3 of these times we went to Jim Blake! He is the best saleperson out there. He is not just trying to make a sale, he wants to make sure you are happy. I highly rec. him if you are in need for a new/used car. He takes the time to learn what you want. The first 2 times I had been there I had already known which one I wanted. On Black Friday this year I went early, new what I wanted (sort of) but was not !00% happy after driving a bunch of them. Towards the end I had added one more year into the mix and but only 3 colors...Jim had brought one vehicle up toward the end that I hated the color on picture, but I insisted maybe the color would look different in person so I should prob. drive it. When we walked out to look at this vehicle (I think it was the 5th one I drove) I loved the outside color, but the inside was terrible....Jim said you need to be 100% happy with what your buying. Then he said he may have just what I wanted when I came back from this test drive (remember I just added another year to look at (2012). So we wnet off on test drive and when I came back he was sitting there with one of my colors! The inside had everything I wanted. Took for test drive came back happy, VERY HAPPY! Low miles, very clean! Right before this I was ready to call it a day and wait till I was getting what I really wanted. Jim found my perfect car! He was patient with us while we test drove many cars. Felt like we were dealing with a great friend! This is why any time I need a new used car or family or friends need new used car I send them to Jim! Thanks Jim!! I have only had my Highlander for two months but so far I really like it. Coming off owning Audi’s I was afraid of a big letdown but that has not been the case. There are a couple things I don’t like however. First off you can’t lock and unlock the rear doors externally. You have to use the front door handle. Second there is no digital read out for the speedometer. Third you can’t lock the doors until all doors are closed. Small complaints but they are annoying.

My husband and I stopped at Wilde Toyota with the intention of just looking. We were very particular about what we wanted: V6, power adjustable drivers seat and moon roof and were realizing it was hard to find, without upgrading to a more expensive model. Kevin Nelson was our salesman. I cannot express how wonderful he was. He showed us several options and color choices and honestly did not try to sell us the most expensive one. We bought a 2013 Toyota Avalon and couldn't be happier. Spend about 5 minutes with Kevin and you'll feel like you've known him forever. Super down to earth guy. Chris Walczak handled the financing part with ease. This guy knows what he's doing. I dare to say he actually made it kind of fun. Both Kevin and Chris, along with all staff we encountered at Wilde Toyota, made us feel welcome and like they truly appreciated our business. We dreaded going car shopping and it actually turned out to be a very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend these guys. No pressure tactics at all!

We chose this car over the Santa Fe and VW Atlas. Definitely better quality than the Santa Fe and better engine performance than the VW Atlas. The tech features are nice, but not better than the Hyundai tech package. The biggest surprise is how much we underestimated the impact of the HORRIBLE navigation system in Toyotas. Trying to use it is an exercise in insanity. Truly a masochistic dream. The best part of the navigation system is when it is not on. Toyota should be ashamed of it and people should be fired. I have been a Toyota supporter for years, and the Highlander is a great all around car, but the frustration of using the navigation system is killing my desire to buy another Toyota. Either build one that works or use Android Auto.

I drove into Wilde Toyota and found a salesman standing there waiting for me to park my 2004 Honda Accord. It was a cold rainy day in January 2017. I was exhausted from visiting all these car lots, looking for a previously owned Honda CRV hoping that the next one had larger seating. The seats in all are smaller than what I have in my sedan. I did not realize that. The comfort comes in the 2017 Honda???s, which I cannot afford. Dan was very patient with me. I am a picky person. He pulled out a Highlander for me to drive. A Honda CRV for me to drive. One was too big and one was too small. I couldn???t decide. Came back the next day with my husband and we basically did not know which way to go. Talking with us Dan suggested a Lexus he had on the lot. My husband and I laughed. Yea right, like we can afford that. Dan says ???Oh it is not much more than what you would pay for the Honda.??? That was brilliant. He listened to what I needed in a vehicle. We took it for a ride and fell in love. He was right. And it is the perfect size. My husband has back issues and this car gives him the comfort he needs to drive. It???s a beautiful car and I just loved it. But we were skeptical. We did not know anything about Lexus, even though Dan was very knowledgeable, we wanted to do some research on our own. Well we found out that everything Dan said was true. After another visit to Wilde Toyota, with Dan letting me drive the Lexus again, (it kept calling me back), he thought it was a done deal???.and I said ???I???ll get back to you???. He was patient again! And he has a sense of humor, a truly grounded person, and wanted us to be happy. A week later it???s in my driveway and I could not be happier. Thank you Dan for finding the right fit for us and our budget. You???re the best! Let me also say that the employees at Wilde were very professional and worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you all again.

Amazing vehicle. Only two drawbacks. The top-of-the-line sound system in my platinum limited trim has a lot of vibration at the back and is piss poor compared to my 2005 and 2006 Range Rovers. The other main drawback is lack of Android Auto. My second choice would have been a 4Runner, but the Highlander drives much smoother and has better storage.

I was looking for a specific model and color of a new 2018 Hybrid Camry. I was impressed with our sales person Rachel Lovora from the moment I started working with her. We live in the Minneapolis Minnesota area and after finding out Wilde Toyota had the car we wanted she worked to put together a trade in offer on our old car and pricing that provided an incentive for us to travel 350 miles to purchase the car. Poor audio quality. I could not believe that I purchased this vehicle. Audio is something that can make you feel relaxed on your drive home from work. This part I lost. I have the 2019 Platinum Hybrid.

My husband and I came to Wilde Toyota to check out a car that I had seen on their website. I had been looking for a new car for over a year and from time to time would do a search of Wilde Toyota's Used Car inventory. I decided to come to the dealership, once I saw a vehicle that caught my eye and met most of the things on my checklist for purchasing a new car. We came in on a Monday and were greeted instantly by Lee S. He was very friendly and made it easy to communicate what we were looking for. Lee went over and beyond our expectations. When the plan for the car we were initially looking at didn't pan out, we looked at several other cars. Lee had a list of cars identified and ready to show us that met our criteria. He was very patient and understanding when we were trying to decide what worked for us. We hands down liked that Lee was very approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. He wasn't the old school sales man that tries to pressure you into buying. We selected a 2015 Toyota Yaris and the financing process was very quick and efficient. Phil L from financing was very efficient, organized, and explained all of our options. We didn't find out what the monthly payment would be until singing the papers, but I did come with the mindset to buy with a budget range in mind. Both Lee and Phil worked to keep us in our range. We understood that there was a back and forth between us, them, and the banks. Per our own professional work experience and understanding that nothing can be guaranteed until the end of the deal, this was not a big deal. . I especially like that they treated me as a knowledgeable female customer. The majority of the deal was discussed between myself, Lee, and Phil because I had more flexibility to do so while working. This whole experience was the best that I have had purchasing a car from a dealer. I have recommended Lee and Phil to all my co-workers who are looking to buy a new car. Both these guys are hardworking and advocate well for their customers!

The CVT transmission is the only unknown variable but so far so good. Holds engine speed with continual adjusting trans... hard to get use to but hoping Toyota quality ensues. Great car.
