I purchased a Rav 4 with salesman, Garrett back in 2023. He was a joy to work with. So much so, that I nicknamed my car Mr. G. Since my car is serviced there, I have an excellent rapport with my service advisor, Joshua V. His friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor embodies what it means to provide top-notch customer service. Garrett returned to his home state of Minnesota so, Joshua recommended and introduced me to David Garza, Jr. Not only was J.R. professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but he also has an infectious energy, a genuine warmth that radiates and a commitment to the satisfaction of the customer this visible in each smile and gesture. I had my heart set on a particular color. Unfortunately, it was not on site. J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted. Cory kept on checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect. My day ended with Rene Cantu in finance, who crunched the numbers, factoring in a trade-in value that was satisfactory and brought it all together within my budget. A few days later, J.R. called to let me know my Rav 4 XLE Premium was at the dealership. J.R. added that extra touch by placing a colorful bow on my dream car!!! 2024 Toyota RAV4 review
Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!
