David Gutierrez gave me a great experience buying my first new car! He was very patient and informative. I test drove 2 different cars. David also followed all CO-VID procedures which I was very happy about. I’m happy with my experience here. Thank you!
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

I have a Volt and Michael S. in the service dept. at Camino Real Chevrolet in Monterey Park is my go to. He is so professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and always ensures my car is maintained. I highly recommend him and the dealership for service. 10 out of 10! He called me and said the part needed would take 3 days and moved mountains to have my car fixed by the next day. Michael deserves a promotion, raise, free lunch everyday, a new car, and weekends off! Thank you Michael for making my Volt run smoothly and reliable.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

CarMax Buena ParkReviews
CarMax Buena Park review
A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

An individual i spoke to on the phone when scheduling was not very helpful at all. I was able to later speak to another individual who provided the information the first person was unwilling to provide in the service department. The first person gave the impression that they didn't want to help.
