Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I had a good experience. Youbert helped me and he told me how long it would take and the wait time was even less than he said. He offered a little more service than I asked for but he totally respected me when I said ?no thanks?. The price was just slightly more than he quoted, but my car is great now. I got the 12v battery changed. Good experience for me today.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Victor Ramirez was the person who assisted me in the purchase of my new camry. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with my purchase or with his helpfulness and professionalism in the process of my buying my new car. Working with Brayan has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences of my life. Although it was still a long drawn out process, Brayan was always in communication with me and making me and my family feel comfortable. I love my new ‘25 Toyota Camry Hybrid! It’s exactly what I had in mind. Brayan helped me keep it perfectly in budget as I communicated. He even had the car insurance associate on site (Matthew Barrera) run some numbers, and he lowered our current anuto insurance by $100 (even with my new car)!! I thought ours was going to skyrocket after this purchase, so that was a nice relief. I recommended Brayan to my sister in law and she’s in talks to get a Camry in September. He’s our family dealer now. :-)

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.
