Saw this 2012 Lexus CT200 and fell in love with it and called Classic of Texoma to inquire about it. I lived in Oklahoma City and they are in Texas and they offer to bring the car to me so i can see it which they did and i end up buying the car. We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
I've been to every dealership in the Sherman-Denison area. I always buy from Hoyte though. They treat you fair and give you fair prices. Randy in the used car sales is the best. I always enjoy working with him. The service department at Hoyte is always friendly. Every time I have a question Sam will always try and get me an answer.
I???ve recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Hoyte dodge from Richard. I had a wonderful experience. I was in and out in less than 3 hours! The price was as listed on the internet. No hidden fees. No pressure to purchase additional protection packages or maintenance plans. I would highly recommend this dealership.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!
Josh was an excellent listener and very patient during our car shopping experience. He instilled confidence and trust in Classic and gave a sense of relief to dealing with the final decision to buy a car. I’m appreciative of the care and details of everyone we encountered! Thank you!

Robert explained day by day what was wrong and what they were doing to fix the problem. I would recommend hoyte service department the customer service is great, I also liked seeing my bill in detail before paying.
Dealership had a used truck I was interested in I thought the miles on the truck was wrong? Or the price was wrong it had 46k miles and it was a 2016 not a 2017 I could get a brand new one for the same price. Time wasters
When we arrived we were greeted by Josh Benedict as we had an appt with Mike "Big Mike" Nelson. Mike was assisting another customer and Josh took the reigns and showed us the cars we were interested in. We looked them over, drove the ones we liked, Josh answered our questions and we finally settled on the new "Red Tagged" Camry special on the showroom floor Mike had alerted us to earlier in an email. Josh started the paperwork, Mike came and wrapped it up and then we signed all of it under the watchful eye with expert explanations by Janet VanOver. "Bada Bing Bada Boom". "It was just the way I liked it, a huh, a huh." "Hold on to your seat, cause Kansas is going bye, bye." etc, etc.
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
