Martin and Dwayne went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my recent purchase. I've followed Dwayne to different dealerships with a couple previous purchases and I would do the same with Martin. These guys are honest and humble, a rare trate in car salesmen.
Alan is a very knowledgeable and patient salesman. He made our experience very easy and went way above and beyond. Toyota will be our lifetime choice for our future cars with Alan. We have never had someone follow up with us after our buying experience. Alan truly cares about his customers!

From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

This is the 5th Honda we purchased from Crown and we always deal with Cary Forney. Cary is more like family--your brother or uncle--who happens to work for a dealership, rather than just a salesman as he is courteous, helpful, relates to us and our needs and how they have changed over the 12 years we have used Crown as our dealership and Cary as our salesman. This was our first time to lease instead of purchasing and Cary was very informative and the F&I man, John was also very helpful. Crown had published the inventory and lease specials and they were there when we got to the dealership. All of our cars are serviced by Crown and service is always excellent. We have always been satisfied. You can't go wrong with Crown, Honda, or Cary. JOB WELL DONE and that does not happen very often anymore.
Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.
My buying experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. The used vehicle I bought was all that was advertised,the price was as stated and no crazy add -ons after the agreed upon deal. The car was detailed to complete satisfaction,and ready when promised.There was two surprises to the sale: a 45 day warranty came without charge,and when they recounted the cash that I paid (after I left the dealership and was on my way home),I got a phone call from manager Andre Selec informing me that I paid TOO MUCH and that they would be returning $100 to me!!!That was cash that he could have put in his pocket and not told anyone about it,but he called me right away. Mr. Stahl and Mr. Selec and the whole operation was top notch as I expected nothing less ,as this is my second purchase from this store (purchased a 2017 Crosstrek).
