AutoNation Toyota TempeReviews
AutoNation Toyota Tempe review
I brought my car in for service at AutoNation Toyota Tempe on Friday, October 16th, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. My service advisor, Jorge, handled everything seamlessly. Beyond the standard oil and filter change, they thoroughly checked the brakes and battery—giving me complete peace of mind. What really stood out was receiving a video update directly from the shop floor while my car was being serviced. Being able to see the inspection in real time was an awesome touch and showed a real commitment to transparency. Jorge and the team kept me updated every step of the way regarding potential recommendations, and I appreciated that they double-checked everything to make sure the car was running at 100%—even though no additional work was needed this time. Outstanding customer service and communication!

Huge thank you to Koron and Steve for making the process of getting my grandma a new car such a great experience! They were both knowledgeable, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain everything and making sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. From picking out the car, to the financials, you could tell they cared and wanted to provide a smooth, stress-free car-buying experience! Not only would I recommend these two gents specifically, but I would recommend this dealership overall.

If you need someone to sell you a car, they will do it. But if you need someone to care about your situation as much as you do, this is the best place to buy your car. Chris Wesley and Spenser took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made the process flawless for me. This is right place to buy your car. For real.
