He showed me everything the model was known for, along with features and capabilities I hadn't seen or heard about before. He was never pushy—only informative, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. With more than 10 years at the dealership, it was clear that he knew the vehicle inside and out. I left that evening without purchasing the RAV4, but I contacted Bob the next day to let him know that not only was he the best salesperson I had ever worked with, but I had decided to purchase the vehicle I test drove. Bob went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to meet with me to ensure everything went smoothly with the purchase. Izzy made sure the vehicle was spotless and filled the gas tank before delivery. The financing process was seamless, and Toyota was able to offer me a fantastic rate. Before I left, Bob stayed with me to help set up my personal preferences and vehicle settings, making sure I was comfortable with everything and had all my questions answered. This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will be a loyal customer of xx. 2024 Toyota Sienna review
The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

I just purchased a great used 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander with 3,500 miles on it March 20, 2026 from Umansky Toyota. I could not have found this great deal without the help of AJ, the first salesperson to approach me to see if he could be of assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he took me directly to the car I would eventually purchase. AJ gave me the history of the car and how the dealership came to owe it. He also point out a 2023 with 33,000 miles on it meeting my description of what I was looking for as well. We test drove both vehicles and I chose the 2025. He asked me questions to make sure if this was indeed the car I wanted to purchase. Once he was satisfied that I knew exactly what I wanted and then did we do the paperwork. I loved the FACT that AJ wasn't overbearing, he just wanted to make sure I was purchasing what I absolutely wanted. So, if you're looking to purchase a new or used car go to Umansky Toyota and ask for AJ. As a footnote every car I have ever bought has been from Andrew Toyota and now Umansky, with the same GREAT SERVICE!!!
