The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!
The car was driven over a curb and developed a oscillation in the steering wheel while on vacation. Took it in to Koons in Westminister and they did the inspection quickly and determined only an alignment was needed. The alignment was completed and car returned in less than an hour.
The sales consultant at dealership was friendly, courteous and respectful. To be able to leave out of the dealer with a brand new car is the best feeling ever. Kris Teeters went out of his way to make sure I was assisted with a loan to obtain my car. Kris Teeters "Rocks" He was very outgoing, supportive and friendly.was very knowledgeable, very friendly, very patient and attentive.
I went to buy a new Highlander. I knew what I wanted but they didn't have it in stock. Kris Teeter gave us exceptional customer service and found the car I wanted. The car buying process was easy and quick.

I have been looking for 05-06 Tundra Base Model for quite a while and and stumbled across this one for sale at Wessels in PA. I had plenty of questions and the sales staff were more than accommodating. As I went over pretty much every detail on the truck with some requests they took care of them without question to make my purchase complete. Now since I live in Maryland I need a Maryland inspection for licensing and that was about 2.5 hours form the dealership to my home so I asked if they could get it inspected in Maryland approximately 45 minutes from there dealership to seal the deal as long as all things were in good standing. This saved me a long trip and the truck passed. I feel they are an honest and very friendly dealership which is a welcomed change from many of my vehicle purchases here in Maryland. Mom and Pop Dealership maybe... First class people and transaction absolutely. Thank you, TT

I had a scheduled appointment for service this morning and was greatest by the service staff with a smile, and handshake and most importantly, sense of confidence that my vehicle will be well cared for. I can't believe I was in and out in about an hour and had coffee in the waiting room as a bonus. Victor Clash always takes great care of me and my vehicle being pleasant , friendly, and most importantly, trustworthy. I ran into Brent Ivie, service manager walking into the waiting room who asked if I needed anything, wow! Thanks for such a great service experience.
