In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). 2014 Toyota Venza review
I had a 2009 Venza & loved it. Traded it for a 2015 CRV because gas mileage was so much better and apple play availability. Each time I saw a Venza I’d say Ohhh I miss my Venza, it was my favorite car. I finally got me another one last month! I have a 2014 Limited and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Gas mileage still isn’t great but it’s stull my favorite car ever!

I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen EOS Executive from Autowise. Our sales person was Traci. She was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. She couldn't do enough for us. My car is wonderful. Like new inside and out. The mileage was low along with the price. We received a phone call from Tracy to please if we could return the car for an oil change and filter replacement even though when we checked the oil it was perfect. They hadn't gotten to changing it which was their policy of doing things for their cars. Most dealers wouldn't bother once the car was off the lot. Today we got a phone call from Tracy saying that they found another key, which we only had one, for us. If we wanted one the VW dealer would have charged us $400 to replace it. I can't say enough to praise Tracy and Autowise. I will surely recommend them to others.
