I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.
2014 Toyota Venza review
I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!

Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

2014 Toyota Venza review
I had a 2009 Venza & loved it. Traded it for a 2015 CRV because gas mileage was so much better and apple play availability. Each time I saw a Venza I’d say Ohhh I miss my Venza, it was my favorite car. I finally got me another one last month! I have a 2014 Limited and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Gas mileage still isn’t great but it’s stull my favorite car ever!

Turns out I blew a hole in my ac compressor. No one, and I mean no one, could service my vehicle in the time I’m on vacation. Except Rhinelander Chevy GMC. Not only did they do phenomenal work and get me up and running again, but I was updated through the whole process. This is a dealership that cares about their customers. No matter where they’re coming from. Costs were actually on par for the work that needed to be done. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. And if you’ve ever needed work and usually use the small shops vs the big dealers you know what I’m talking about. I’d use these guys again. Without batting an eye.

They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.
