He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. The standard, Dan Ingrassia the Product Specialist was GREAT, knew his products and presentation was text book. Carlos was the Middle Man, running between upper Mgmnt and Me. His delivery of the figures were also text book. Accepted payments with no money down, 72 months new 2018 Rav4 and New 2019 Corolla. Chris and Nate, the Upper Mgmnt that makes the calls and deals with the Banks were spot on. I'm going misspell this one, but (Christiana) in finance, lovely and very Professional young lady was text book and provided what was given to her through the chain and then the part of signing the Bible on 2 cars began. It was during the "Bible Stage" that something wasn't right. Somewhere between our deal at the desk with Carlos and the Finance Office, the terms on the RAV4 got bumped back from 72 months to 75 months, which totalled just under $1800.00 for the 3 months (ie..the down payment they wanted us to do). But in the end, all is good. Bought 5 cars from Toyota North Charlotte before these 2, and we will go back...

David Jones is friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and worked to put together a good deal for me. I feel that he was very straightforward, which I like. I traded in my A4. It was a car that I liked so much, I replaced it with a newer A4. I was nervous about buying a used car, so David helped me understand the Certified Pre-Owned. He was very patient in terms of letting me check out a number of the used cars. He didn't call me relentlessly, the way some other salespeople have. That was appreciated. Since moving to NC, I've had my Audi serviced at this dealership. They've always been very good to deal with. Glad to see that same vibe carried through to the sales side of the dealership.
Its where I bought my certified preowned QX70 and they've taken care of me ever since. Go in, get maintenance done nice and quick, courteous staff, nice comfy couch to sit on while you watch the food network and munch on popcorn. What more could you want? The "don't get your stuff done at the dealership" stigma doesn't really apply here folks when the Joe Shmoe down the street charges the same rates.
My rating comes from Awesome customer service from the time I pulled in the service area until leaving very helpful and listen to my concerns . Very polite and courteous. It's not just about the salesman without superb customer service in your service department you would not have a repeat buyer .
Everyone goes out and beyond their way to help you. They are so nice and they get the job done. I was expecting to get my truck back 3 days later which was fine with me. They finished it the same day. Van is great and the girl who gets you is so helpful and polite. Since the past few months I have dealt with them I couldnt ask for better customer service. I would not go back to the one I bought truck from. Even tho I didn't buy truck from them they treat me like I had.
Buying a car is never a pleasure for me ,but this time was quite the opposite. From the very beginning my experience was easy . My sales rep was De'Angelo whom was quite willing to work with my needs and requests . He was always pleasant and answered all my questions (and their were a lot ). I would highly recommend him if you are in need of a new or used car . Also the service department has been great in the two times I have had to come in . Always speedy ,but attentive . I never felt my service was a rush job . If this type of service continues at Nissan I will definitely keep returning for service and my next car .
I called on a Friday and my service advisor was able to get me a Saturday service appointment! I know that’s not easy. Rhonda always comes through for me. I usually give her more notice. She makes me feel valued as a customer.
My buying experience from Colton Parker, with scott clark toyota in matthews was my best car purchasing experience in 30 years. Colton was excellent at my requirements for financing, trade in and even drove me to a another scott clark dealership to ensure that i got the right car for me.... It did matter to him who got credit for the sale just so the customer received a great experience purchasing a car/truck. In my experience it was a truck. I would definitely use Colton the next time i purshase a car or truck.
I dreaded looking for a car and dealing with sales. I started my car search on Consumer Reports, and used their TrueCar connection to hook up with with dealerships, Union County Kia being one of them. Treaor was the first sales person who left a voicemail introducing himself and if interested, to contact him for more information about the Niro. Trevor was low pressure and fabulous to deal with. Even other Union County Kia employees congratulated me on my purchase - very friendly staff. Upon delivery, Trevor spent 45 minutes going over every feature and ensuring I was comfortable with options before I left the dealership. Very satisfied with overall experience.
I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
