I found a 2014 Lexus GS350 online at Andrews Cadillac that I was going to get for my wife's birthday. Thinking the car would be perfect for her, I flew to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to inspect and test drive it. For many reasons, I decided it would not work for her and I was prepared to leave fro the airport empty handed.
After discussing what her needs were and our budget Scott Levine suggested I test drive a 2014 ATS Performance with same miles and extended warranty, way more bells and whistles than the Lexus and better comfort for me (6'4"). We arranged to have a transporter pick up the vehicle the next day and waiting for me in Charlotte when I returned.
From day-one, Scott went out of his way to provide all the info I needed to make an informed decision in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing this vehicle from them because of the comfort level I had in our dealings. I WILL BE BACK WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BUY MY NEW TOY.
I found a car online and thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't live near Andrews and had never done business with them or knew anyone who had. Over the course of the next week, salesman Scott L. went out of his way to provide all the info I needed, but in a completely pressure-free manner. I ended purchasing a different vehicle from them because of the comfort level, and their followup after the sale is top notch. I will be back.

Bishoy Rizk is one of the nicest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very genuine and straightforward and was eager to ensure I was comfortable with the truck I selected as well as the terms of the deal. Doug Hammond showed me many accessories available for my truck, but was not pushy at all. Austin Evans was easy going and straightforward when it came to signing papers. My girlfriend and I went to this dealership after a few failed attempts at others within the same area. After we got to talking to Caleb we knew we were at the right spot. Caleb was knowledgeable and made it possible for my girlfriend to get a new car at the rate that suited her best. I???d definitely recommend coming to this dealership if you???re looking for a new car and asking for Caleb. I???m definitely going back when I???m ready to purchase my new car!
I submitted an online request for a price after finding the yukon I wanted from DW GMC, and within minutes Teresa contacted me initiating the process. She was a pleasure to work with and after what I would call minimal hassle and back and forth, I drove three hours to complete the deal for my vehicle. Nico made sure I was comfortable in doing so and made sure there were no surprises once I arrived. Anthony completed the paperwork and made sure my new vehicle was in perfect condition, detailed and filled up with gas before I left. All in all, this was an outstanding transaction and I would recommend anyone to take their business to DW GMC!
Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

this is the worst place to ever buy a car at in Nashville Tennessee. I have had more problems out of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport buying it from this dealership then I ever had with any of my Hondas. I took it in because little balls of look like hell was coming out of my vents and they said nothing was wrong with it come to find out it's Way Beyond its limit on freon, then I took it in because it took me about 6 times for the car to start they charged me $77 to tell me nothing was wrong with it then come to find out a month later it was a thorttle switch.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
Adeeb was so understanding! They asked me what I wanted and found me the exact car and the exact package and even helped me understand how to sink my phone and an app with the new car. Everyone was so lovely but Adeeb was so patient with me and gave me a wonderful deal!
