I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.
No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!
Alabama alabama Alabama!! The only real and honest salesman. Not just in it for his cut he worked hard and fast. Got me in a brand new vehicle no hidden anything. Dont see anyone else! I promise you the best service. They dont offer you refreshments though which was pretty rude. Considering youre there for 3-4 hours.

Very helpful and awesome customer service. Shortest time of transaction done in an hour and direct to the point w/o haggling and hassle. Alex was an excellent salesman and very articulate. The only problem was the promotion of $ 249/ mo lease in the ad was not followed and I forgot about it so when I came home and checked it OL I was a bit disappointed but still I admired his patience right after the deal was over he went over with me to explain the various advantage and how to operate and install the apps
Toyota Pasadena is a must come and check deals! They have great staff. Javier and Richard helped us through the process of looking for a car and they answered all questions and concerns! They showed us a variety of different cars and colors and at the end my daughter got the car she wanted and she loved it. We had gone to a previous dealer and they did not have what we were looking for. We drove all the way from Ontario to come to Pasadena and we totally do not regret it. We were recommended to Javier by a friends and it was a greatful experience being able to purchase my daughters car here. Javier and Richard gave us a great deal on my daughters new 18 Camry! All staff made us feel welcomed and they were very friendly. Sara the financial service lady helped us with closing the contract and agreement and she explained everything to us with detail and we left from Pasadena Toyota with a smile on our face! Will be buying our future cars from here from now on! Totally recommended! You will not regret it!
16 months ago a new starter motor was installed in my older model Ford F-450 work truck. For whatever reason the replacement part failed prematurely at a very inconvenient time. We desperately needed this truck for picking up merchandise which will be shipping overseas on a container going out next week. Originally, I was told the truck wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday but after hearing our predicament my service writer and the service manager worked together to expedite the repairs. I picked up the truck on Saturday much to my surprise and relief. And to top it off they covered it under warranty! Star Ford is the best!
