I found the exact truck through the internet. The dealership responded to me immediately and I was transferred to Matt for the price and trade in value. I thought the prices they quoted me were fair for me. Matt did an excellent job ensuring the truck was set up as I wanted it. Finally a good experience buying a truck that I really wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from then.
Van Horn Hyundai ALWAYS provides us and our vehicle with all around 5 star service. Only hiccup this last visit is while we always have received a printout of their color coded multi-point inspection review along with the invoice every time we have had service done there, we did not receive a copy of that multi-point inspection review this time when we were in for an oil change. We like to keep copies of these things for our records so that we can provide a history of all services preformed on our vehicle, which we purchased from this dealership brand new(2017 Hyundai Elantra). I returned to the dealership the next day to inform them of this and they quickly provided the printout of the multi-point inspection review, no questions asked. Every time we deal with the people at Van Horn Hyundai, from the day we purchased the vehicle through every service appointment we've ever had with them, it's always been a 5 star experience. So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there.
Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough.
I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment.
He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer.
I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

Had my 2008 Dodge Dakota in for new tires. Steve in the service department informed me that I needed to have my truck inspected to continue the lifetime engine and drive train warranty. As it turned out several items that needed repair were found and I was able to have them repaired under warranty. I've dealt with Steve for over 10 years. He has always treated me fair and has saved me from paying for repairs that were covered by warranty. He is a credit to the dealership and is a perfect example of why it is best to have your vehicle serviced at an authorized dealer. I've saved money in the long run by doing so.

Dealer was able to locate the exact model 2017 RAM Big Horn truck and got it in just one day. It was ready on time, with added NAV (now a dealer install) and we were out there in one hour. We emailed a few documents at their suggestion, which helped the process. All went smoothly with no surprises. General Manager stepped in to help early in process.
Very pleased with their work.... Kept me informed the whole time... Price was about what I expected, I was hoping it would come in cheaper... But I think it was very fair. The important thing is, the work was done correctly.

Dropped off my vehicle for service due to a recall. Jessica Clemens was accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. She had a loner lined up for me when I arrived and got me in and out of there without any waiting around. While my vehicle was being worked on she kept me updated on the progress-excellent communication. The service technicians are knowledgeable and efficient as well. The work was done sooner than estimated and it was returned to me in much better condition than when I left it. I would recommend Russ Darrow West Bend to friends and family.
After hitting a deer and totaling my car, Ralph was very helpful and made my new purchase quick and easy. After spending all day at multiple dealerships, with no luck, we found the car I was looking for at Russ Darrow Toyota. We called to ensure the vehicles were actually there. We had two options and Ralph had both of them pulled up and running by the time I got there. I made my choice with no extra pressure or gimmicks that you usually expect to get from a salesman.

Our dogs go everywhere with us and we are an active family. We knew we were going to need a bigger vehicle. We did our research on what we wanted and because of other friends giving positive reviews we went to Mighty. We found a vehicle that was everything we needed and they worked with us to make sure we get a price we could afford and found us a really good and affordable extended warranty. I am pleased because it wasn’t a pushy experience and they truly cared about what we had to say. After having the van a few weeks there were a few things that needed to be taken care of macanically that came up (no fault of the dealership) and they took care of it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with customer service and overall experience. I would certainly go back and purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone that asked. Shout out to Cody for being awesome!
