We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.

I worked with Kim Calaway. Kim is the type of lady that makes things happen. I live in Casper, WY so it made it difficult for me to get down to Loveland to test drive and sign paperwork. I called her on a Wednesday to inquire about the BMW. On Thursday at 2:00, a driver delivered my new car. All of the paperwork was ready for me to sign and return with the driver. She made sure I had my rubber floor mats and no mileage was on the vehicle, upon delivery. It was a seamless buying experience. Thank you Kim!

Michelle has went above and beyond for me. I'm from Cheyenne came to Greeley to buy my dream truck. I bought it as is. 5 months later my truck starting having problems I was offer a warranty when buy my truck at the time I didnt think I need it. I should have got it. I have now had to put a new motor in my truck and Greely Subaru did what no other dealership would have done, they helped me get my truck fixed. Steve Palmer did more then I can describe he helped me with price and made sure I had a car to get back and forth for work while my truck was getting the work done. I am very picky. I only go to the experts with a personal and family feeling. I have purchased several vehicles here. I just bought a Tundra and let go of my beloved FJ that I had also purchased at Stapp. So if you are in the market for a trail edition Fj they have it now. I would look no further for an easy, professional, knowledgeable purchase. I have been experiencing nothing but the best here at Stapp Interstate Toyota for the last 17 years. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. They make a car purchase actually fun. I thought about using the Costco car buying program but find that theses guys are fair with both my trade in and purchase so I bypassed my Costco option, I really had no need of it. It was quick and easy and the waiting area is very nice. The service writers are also very personable and did a good job explaining things. And I love that my car gets washed as part of the service. Makes me feel like things inside and out are bright and shiny.
Friendly staff, good service, nice environment. They straight up offered me the best price for a 4Runner in the greater Denver metro area so it was an easy choice to go with them. I've been taking my vehicle back to them for the regularly scheduled service and have had a great experience.
