Daniel was my service Advisor this time. Informed me on all that was included in my 10,000 mile Toyota Care Service Package and what I would receive. Work was completed in a timely manner As I was sitting in the waiting room, my Salesman - Adrian Gjergji came by and ask if I needed anything such as water, coffee and how was my Toyota RAV4 was performing, etc... Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). I absolutely LOVE my new 2018 Chevy Malibu. Dmitri Kostyuk and Rolando Deluna were awesome!! I had a 2016 Malibu that I had WON as part of the NWI Times & Chevy Dealers contest. I was devastated when a young girl plowed into my car while my 18 year old daughter was driving it. (Her and her friends came out with only minor scratches - best car ever in safety features!!) I didn't want to have to replace it and end up having to put additional dollars towards it over what the insurance settlement provided. I found a 2018 demo that allowed me to purchase this car dollar for dollar from insurance money. I looked at other vehicles in my price range and nothing compared to this. This is my third Malibu, and I love it! Thank you Demtri and Rolando! I came from Griffith to get this car and it was worth the drive !

My sales guys "Ben" is friendly and knowing what you looking for, if it not on property he will search for the one you choose and will working on the best prices. Also will walk you though the features on my car, showing what it can do. And follow up how you doing after the purchase. Whenever I have questions Ben trying to help out either by phone or stop by the dealer.
I emailed them with a question about a vehicle in stock and they responded very quickly with the info I requested. They were straight forward with the response and did not attempt to "sell" me on anything.
The Parts Department was very helpful. One of my hubcaps fell off while driving (probably my fault), and the employees kindly gave me a used hubcap for free. They were funny, too. The Service Department then replaced my hubcap quickly. All of the staff at Grossinger Toyota North are quite friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. They make the car repair experience much easier and much less stressful.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Grossinger. This dealership is quite a hike from my house, but the trip was definitely worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Kevin Grossman was my salesman and he did an excellent and honest job guiding me through the process. His communication was extremely thorough and everything he told me was going to happen happened. I would highly recommended Bredemann Chevy!
