I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone . When you call there - don't forget to ask for Zury and Mike - you will get the most professional and ethical help in the industry! Thank you, guys!
I Had my car towed in and my regular service man was not there. However I was given a rental & told that when he comes in he would call me about the problem and that is exactly what he did. No other car dealer would do that
They walked me through everything and worked with what I had. They never pressured me into anything I did not want and made sure I understood everything. The nicest people with the BEST customer service.
I bought a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid it was in GREAT condition and below blue book Drives great and look great inside and out. Paul is a great salesman. I had no complaints. I would recomment this place for the best prices and great looking used cars.

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
I regularly take my 2009 Prius to Toyota Santa Monica for its 5000-mile service. I appreciate that they know my car--having maintained it since 2009. This time my service advisor was Thomas Soveg and I thought he was especially good. He listened to my questions, made sure I got the price break indicated on the coupon I brought in, offered a good suggestion about body work, and had the car in and out of service promptly. Plus he was very courteous and appreciative of me as a customer. It was a very positive experience.

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.
Eric treats me every time I work with him royally. He is very knowledgeable and competent. I have an odd problem with my FOB key and we are still working on it, but I feel he is always on my side attempting to solve any issues I may have. I highly recommend him and his associate Tim Mullen.
First of all, I have to point out that I have been a long-time customer of Santa Monica Toyota, having bought six or seven cars there since 2004. Thanks to Aaron Desouza, this was the least stressful transaction I have ever had at your dealership. Aaron was helpful, patient, clear, and attentive in every way. He was generous with his time and showed genuine concern when I did not arrive at the agreed time to pick up my car. He was also generous with gasoline, sending me on my way with a full tank, quite unlike the salesperson who sold me a Corolla in 2013 and let me drive it away with an almost empty tank. I have to add that Kevin Lee, the Finance Manager, was extremely pleasant. This is a dealership of which Toyota can be proud.
I have been continually impressed with the superlative customer service by Joanna Tsymbaliuk in your service department. She is highly professional & always looking out for the best interests of the customer.
