Although I purchased this truck used, it was in mint condition w/low mileage. A rugged 4X4, fully loaded with extras and off-road tires and rugged blacked-out rims. This truck performs well above standards, on and off-road. Hands down better than the Nissan trucks and Jeeps I’ve owned- and I traded a Jeep for this Tacoma! Besides, the resale value on Toyota’s cannot be beat! This is a long-lasting performance truck worth every penny.
Neal and Jeremy provided excellent customer service. They are both top notch service providers and should be the faces of your establishment. They are the best at what they do. I have been in the market for a minivan for quite some time. I thought I wanted a Honda Odyssey until test drive one. I like the way it looks on the exterior but was not impressed with the the way it drove or the space in the interior. Also, Odyssey’s no longer have a black leather interior and that is impratant to me having four kids. I also test drove a newer Chrysler Pacifica. I liked the way it drove but disliked the space in the interior.
When I saw and test drove the Toyota Sienna SE Premium. I knew this was the vehicle for our family. Very stylish and sharp looking exterior but the interior is what we really enjoyed. Black leather interior seats, lots of space for passengers. It could seat up to 8 adults comfortably. It drives like a car with great pick up and can take sharp turns. Plenty of cup holders and storage areas. Very wide blueray player for the kids. Moon roof is nice. Many safety feature and the design of the dash is very luxurious. Super impressed and really enjoy driving this vehicle.

This truck met all of my needs, plenty of room for me, my wife and our three children. Power was great while towing a 22ft Boat and agile enough to cruise through the Rockies with ease!
I was very happy with the service from a Toyota dealer next to my work place. However Tom Wood offered to pick mine up and return it so I decided to give them a try. Both the Porter who greeted me and handled the delivery and Damion the service adviser did an awesome job keeping my updated and recamended other things I needed to address. This was a major service for a 135,000 mile van and I figured it would have taken longer. Got done early even after special order parts. The exterior detail could have been perfect with about 15 mins more spent on the outside. Over all I give them a ten out ten and will be back at 140,000 for more! Thanks

I've been happy with my Sienna overall. Driving it, it has more of a car feel than a small bus feel like most minivans. It pretty nimble and yet spacious. All of the bells and whistles are working without a hitch at 65000 miles and aside from the leather sheen changing a bit, there's nothing on the vehicle that feels worn. With a family of 5, this thing can take a battering of regular use without issue (at least thus far)
Great service they worked with me and gave me a good deal I went to 5 dealers that day and it was the best deal I found -they found me the truck I wanted in two days -a painless experience the staff was great the dealership and waiting area were clean just like new couldn???t ask for more

Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.

This car gets excellent gas milage. Styling is great. Very comfortable. Great handling. Very low maintenance costs. Should last for 10 years or more. Shares many of the features of a Lexus. Excellent navigation.
Certainly will purchase a car from Todd Lloyd! He cares about his customers and gave me the right information so I could make the best decision.

This is my third Prius, I have purchased them all used. They have been great cars, the money I have saved in mileage has been very helpful to us. They have more interior room than one might expect and have been very reliable.

Great car to drive, very smooth. Lots of room! Did all of the suggested maintenance and it runs great! My cousin has a Sienna that just hit 300,000 miles!!
Great experience on replacing a cracked screen on the CUE system which was covered under the warranty.

Great for a family although I would recommend the captains chairs. One major issue is the rear automatic lift gates have issues. Mine is 2200$ to fix. Great vehicle just watch out for those rear hatch issues.
I did end up buying another vehicle before I actually had a chance to visit Ray Skillman, so I only had phone and e-mail contact, but they were very informative and kept in touch with me.

The Sienna is a great van. Reliable and spacious. The only thing I did not like was the way the hardware for the third row seats is open and unsightly. Also, the tracks for seconds row seats run all the way to the front seats. Looks bad and is a trap for all sorts of debris.
The staff at Ray Skillman Shadeland was great. Finally a car dealer that's not super pushy. I took a car for a test drive on a Thursday evening, but they didn't have the exact model I wanted on the lot that night. There was no pressure to sign any paperwork or make any commitments without seeing the exact car I wanted to purchase. I went back after they let me know the car was on the lot and it was much the same. The sales staff was very courteous and helpful without trying to guilt me into buying (which has happened at other dealers and makes me walk right out the door). I was pleased with the finance experience as well. Overall a great place to buy a car.

-no power port in the hatch area
-less cargo room and cubbies to store things
-doesn’t do as well in the snow
-has more power
-overall handles better
-the base model has some bells and whistles
I love Toyota’s and have always been impressed! It has taken me a little bit to get use to the new blind spots. Overall love it!

We got the Limited, which afforded us the reliability of Toyota and a lot of the luxuries of a much more expensive car for much less. so far there has been more than enough room for my family, and it has been very comfortable and fun to drive.
Cameron worked hard to find me the best vehicle for my driving lifestyle. He helped me find the right fit. Best of all he did not over sell, he found the options I wanted without tons of things I did not need or want.

this vehicle is such a unique styled and unique handling vehicle it has a look of its own it brings back a touch of the old fj40 while at the same time gives you a ride of a Cadillac on the highway and the ride of a true off-roader off-road It's the Best of Both Worlds and you have great I wouldn't even use the word great you're awesome awesome dependability it's a Toyota product and it's made very well buy one if you could.

Roomy, excellent fuel efficiency, handles very well, Responsive engine, looks great, USB port, love the fuel tracker, programmable vehicle options on the touch screen, Bluetooth for hands free calls. So far love the Camry!
The sales team is easy to work with and seem genuinely interested in making sure you drive away with the right vehicle for your needs; not just the most expensive vehicle you can afford (like some other dealers). They're more than fair on trades and actively help you find the right combination of rebates and financing options to save you the most money. This is the 4th generation Prius I have owned. It is comfortable, reliable and powerful. Each successive generation has been better on mileage. Each Prius I have traded in has had over 150,000 miles on them with no problems whatsoever.
A previous customer of this dealership and brought my son here as a 1st time buyer, received great quick serivce.

Bought a 2018 Camry SE left over in ultra white with black interior. So far I love it. I’ve read many online complaints about the 8 speed Trans. I’ve had 0 problems with it to date. The car does learn your driving habits so it may take a few hundred miles for both you and your vehicle to learn each other. It’s quiet smooth and handles lovely. Very sharp looking. I’ve owned Honda’s Chevys Fords Chrysler’s Etc. been driving anything with wheels for 20 years, this is my first Toyota. I was going to go with the 2019 Accord but HATE the new Fast back design and the fact they only come in turbo which cooks your engine over time turned me off to them. I opted for the Toyota’s Camry SE instead. I Love the new sporty look and interior and the engine is more than powerful and peppy without all that turbo nonsense. My biggest complaint in there’s no heated seats in the 2018 SE other than that it’s a well designed sporty reliable car . The technology is unparalleled to anything I’ve have had personally. The Entune takes some getting use to but I have no major complaints or objections. No CD player but who cares with the way music is on our phones now. Might as well have a record player installed next to your 8 track deck if that’s what you want !😂 if you want a reliable car with a great reputation I suggest get one . Happy Hunting to you.
