I went to look for a suv and Sid recommended Rav4. I test drove it and decided to go for it. The entire buying process with Sid was very smooth. I really enjoyed working with him as he went above and beyond to make this entire process easy and quick. This is the 2nd time I have gotten a car through Toyota Town of Stockton and both times I was satisfied with the services I received. This time I was helped by Luis Rubio who made sure to answer any questions I had thoroughly and made sure my expectations were realistic. You can tell he is not only interested in selling a car but also making sure that I did not put myself in a car that was not ideal for me. I love my new car and will definitely return to Toyota!

I had spoken with Cynthia regarding a car I was interested in, gave an excellent offer based on comparisons I found online and her managers rejected the offer. Subsequent to that, I found the car had been reduced to even lower than I had offered, but I had already found another car which I purchased. I think the managers might be a little more receptive to reasonable offers and Cynthia would have made a sale, and they would have netted more for the car I see is still for sale.
I bought a car through cars.com and was a little nervous, they treated me great before and after they had my money !
