I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

The 70K mile servicing of my ES350 was great. My service advisor, Marc B., is a terrific professional individual who is truly customer focused. The loaner car I was promised was readily available allowing me to go about my business that day.

Everybody nowadays wants a review. So here we go. Carmax was a different experience! Better then what I've delt with in the past. Everything went smoothe and efficiently. The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.

I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D at Metro West Auto Sales. It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some issues that needed to be addressed, but nevertheless they were addressed properly. The transaction overall was quite smooth and fair and I was contacted every couple of days with a status update. They offer vehicles with great pricing and they do not up-charge later with ridiculous priced doc. fee or any hidden fees. Eugene, Igor and Jana were always courteous and professional. No pressure tactics. They also assisted me with the incentives (state rebate and federal tax credit). I will definitely recommend them and consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

John and Steve helped me out when I was in looking last week, I found a low milaged Jeep that i took for test drive. Steven answered all the questions that I could come up with and John in the finance office got me approved very fast while I waited. We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.
