Excellent Customer Service!

I purchased my Toyota from one of their sister stores in Virginia and have always taken it to Passport Toyota for service. From the time I drive up to the service lane to the time I am driving off, everyone there is friendly, polite, and professional to their clients as well as to each other. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there. The service is wonderful. The person that receives my car and keys always greets me with a smile and begins working right away, covering the seat to protect it. Inside at the service desk I received another friendly hello (this time by Mr Taylor; Mr. Johnson, who usually greets me, must have been off that day). I am told which services were recommended during this visit as well as the cost. While they were doing the maintenance on my car, I visited the ladies room (which is always very clean) then spent some time in the customer business center (checking my email) before going to the lounge area, where there is plenty of seating and refreshments are available. They also have another customer area where clients that prefer to just relax can sit in plush, comfortable chairs and watch the large flat screen televisions. The person assisting you always lets you know when it's about 10-15 minutes before your car will be ready. You can use this time go ahead and pay your bill, finish any computer work you're doing, use the restroom, or grab a snack to go. Brenda, who had scheduled my appointment, was off that day; however, the lady that received my payment was just as nice, friendly, and professional. Although I don't actually see the techs that worked on my car, I always see and enjoy the results of what they've done! That is, return to me a safe, well running car that I feel safe and comfortable driving! I really trust and appreciate them and they are the main reasons I will continue to go Passport Toyota. (I'm already planning to buy next car from them....in the future!) I would definitely recommend Passport Toyota to anyone!
