My first Cadillac purchase was a pleasure in 2020 with salesperson Dave Robinson. I have been having my oil changed a few times since then. Renata in the service dept was great and the waiting area is comfortable with workstations, water, coffee, and snacks. They even washed my car. I highly recommend this dealership.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

Ron was very friendly and worked hard to help us get into a car we could afford and is reliable! I would highly suggest anyone that needs a car to go to Merchats and ask for Ron Semons!

I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

All went extremly well. No issues. Tanner is the best! I am a repeat customer. Why do I need twenty five words ?This is a bother.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

He got us the truck to do a test drive -- we loved it and were able to make a great deal, including trade-in so the deal worked for both parties. I am from MA, but I'd def take the hour ride back up if they had another vehicle I was interested in!

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Service department and Jamie were wonderful made me confident about driving will always be my choice. will recommend them to my friends.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

My Silverado runs and drives perfectly. My only complaint is the paint job. Every week when I clean the truck I find new nicks in the paint. Almost like there's no primer. I'm concerned about resale value because no matter how careful I am and I'm an older driver, paint is getting worse every day.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. My service rep was very good?the only thing I didn?t care for was the time waiting for my car to be serviced. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was out of facility almost 4hrs later. For an oil change, upgrade a recall ion my backup camera and check all my levels under the hood. Also on my service receipt shows less than 1hr labor .

The 3.3 engine is very reliable and a simple V6 My truck is geared 3:73 which I can still average 24 mpg hiway and sometimes I see 25. I believe the Motorcraft 5W20 is the best option for the engine in the retail shelf market. It outperforms in every category compared to the big brands available. 7500 miles is easily obtained without having consumption issues. For the person who isn’t in need of high hp and wants a truck for long term ownership I would recommend getting the 3.3 engine.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I was scheduled for an oil change & cabin filters that normally takes 90 minutes. I had expressed that I was traveling for a meeting and Edison & his team was able to get my service completed in 60 minutes. I have a 2020 1500 RST with the 5.3 engine and 8 speed transmission. My truck now has 67,000 miles. The acceleration is outstanding and smooth from gears 3-8. Probably could use more torque for gears 1-2, but not weak by any means. I have had no mechanical problems outside of the clunking rear suspension which was fixed by retorqueing the rear leaf spring suspension bolts. Other than that minor issue, it has been very reliable. I have heard these transmissions have had issues, but nothing that has caused issues for me. It has the 60-70 MPH shutter that is common to these transmissions, but I have learned how to drive to avoid the shutter, as I did with my 2011 1500. Overall pretty satisfied at this point. Comfort and amenities could be better for the front seats for the price, but I bought it knowing that. FYI my front brakes at this point are still 50%, and I have invested very little outside of a few fluid exchanges and routine maintenance. Excellent fuel mileage: 20 mpg with 50% highway vs city driving.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.
