2025 Toyota Tacoma review
Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

2026 Kia Sportage review
Honestly one of the best vehicles I’ve owned so far. My Kia Sportage has been super reliable, comfortable on long drives, and surprisingly good on gas. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the ride is smooth whether I’m driving around town or on the highway. Haven’t had any major issues with it and it’s been a great daily driver overall. Definitely recommend it if you want something practical that still looks nice and feels good to drive.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2023 INFINITI QX60 review
I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander review
2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

I recently had an extremely positive experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Having just retired, I was interested in a small hatchback and eventually they set me up with a pre-certified 2021 Mirage with about 50,000 miles on it and I got a great price. The process was seamless from my initial outreach to the General Sales Manager Bill Driscoll via email to this person then setting me up with John Barbour as my official sales representative. John was great, very attentive, and offered excellent customer service. It’s just great to have a dedicated person walk you through everything related to the car and contract and also provide honest estimates of how long the process takes. Most importantly, John was very patient and extremely helpful when we encountered a couple of very minor issues. Kudos also to the whole team I dealt with, from Melisa who greeted me in such a friendly manner to Corey Davidson (Sales Manager) and Dakota Carson in sales. Lastly, its’ definitely worth noting that they have a very collaborative and friendly culture, and there’s obviously a priority there to building a sense of community. I know how corny and cliché it sounds to describe a business culture as “family-like,” but it is nice to engage with people at a business who genuinely seem to like each other and enjoy providing exceptional service to customers. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I love the vehicle and the smoothness when i drive it. Alerts me of cars when backing and tells me if another vehicle is driving away if there is one in front. There is a lot of space and great for my 2 kids.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

2026 Kia Sportage review
2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD.
