2017 Chrysler Pacifica review
Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Luiz greeted me the moment I pulled into the parking lot; I haven't even gotten out of my old car yet! He was incredibly courteous, kind, and remarkably knowledgeable about the Kia Sorento SX Prestige Hybrid. Luiz's expertise was evident as he patiently walked me through all the features of the vehicle, answering every question with clarity and precision. He didn't just try to make a sale; he took the time to ensure I understood everything the Sorento had to offer, from its advanced safety technology to its luxurious interior and powerful performance. The whole experience was enjoyable. It was a refreshing change from the typical car-buying experience, and I truly appreciated their straightforward and honest approach. I had an appointment at a different dealership down the road afterwards to view the same car, but i didn't think twice to cancel that other appointment; I chose to purchase from Gateway Kia because of their excellence. The Kia I purchased was the exterior color I wanted (dark interstellar gray exterior, with light gray interior) the Kia down the road had the interior blue seat color I wanted (but with a very light silver exterior, I didn't want a light exterior). I'm extremely happy to have compromised on that because I can't imagine buying a car from somebody else. I wish there are more words to describe how amazing the entire Gateway Kia team is. I hope this review exemplifies how outstanding my experience was with this dealership. Now, driving my brand-new Kia Sorento SX Prestige is an absolute dream! I'm so happy with all the features – the panoramic sunroof, the premium sound system, the comfortable leather seats, and the advanced driver-assistance systems. I feel incredibly safe and secure on the road, knowing that my family and I are protected by the Sorento's cutting-edge safety technology. It's a fantastic vehicle that exceeds all my expectations, and I'm so grateful to Luiz and the entire team at Gateway Kia for making this such a positive and memorable experience. 2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
