My 2015 NV200 SV is my work van. I added a ladder rack with two ladders and a step ladder which had a big effect of the fuel economy (from about 25 mpg to 20 mpg). The paint and body panels are easily damaged so I strongly recommend adding a bra or 3M transparent film. Inside plastic is easily scratched. The seats are comfortable and the driver sits higher than the average mini van so visibility is better. The tires that Nissan puts on this van will wear out quickly so this van has the unfair reputation of going through tires fast which is not true. I replaced the cheap Goodyear Eagle Cargo Tires with Nokian WGR All Weather tires and the wear is normal after over 24,000 miles (Looks like they're good for at least another 24,000 miles). I noticed much better performance in snow and ice conditions after that. Cab heater is inadequate for cold weather regions and you have to keep it in "recirculation" below -10 to -15 degrees celcius. AC works OK in temperatures over 25 degrees Celsius. Parking is very easy in tight situations. Acceleration and handling are adequate but not fantastic (that's good enough for work). GPS Navigation is adequate but not super accurate. Engine and CV transmission still working well but wheels seem to need realignment at almost every service rotation. Only real problem I've had with this van were the power door lock actuators in weather below -1 degree Celsius. Dealer found that they were not adjusted properly and finally fixed it after three visits.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I had an overall great experience with Perkins Motor Plex, I ended up purchasing my car from them! I never thought I’d ever purchase a vehicle online, but I don’t regret going through this process at all. The dealership has great staff with very good customer service. They immediately responded to my inquiry, provided a detailed video of the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions about it, from the delivery process through financing. They were honest, promised and delivered assistance in case something isn’t as expected upon delivery. I had a small cleanliness issue, but they took care of that immediately as promised. They have great customer service, Silas, Andre and Lexi are great people in general and they were great to work with, exactly what you would want from a dealership! I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

After shopping at several Nissan dealers in middle Tennesse over the course of a week, my husband and I decided to purchase our Rogue Sport from Nissan of Rivergate. This was our first purchase from them, but they treated us as if we were lifelong customers. Normally filling out finance paperwork is boring, but the finance manager, Zach Nguyen, made the whole process fun. Our sales consultants, Justin Garlock and Nikki Wallace, were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER helpful. Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. As we were finishing up, the General Manager walked up and thanked us for our business, made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and presented us with a small gift of appreciation. Nothing like that has ever happened to us In the 40+ years that we've been purchasing vehicles! The folks at Nissan of Rivergate are top-notch all the way. Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

I found Next Ride Motors through a vehicle search on CarFax. That’s right, I want to know history and a CarFax value as I shop! I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve on Monday July 15, 2024. Why? So many answers. All of their vehicles have a Carfax and are priced within reason of Carfax values. The vehicles are unlocked so just walk the lot, open and look at any or all of them. No salesperson chasing your xxx around! Oh, just show your license and test drive alone! Trish and her dog Bubbles were my sales team. Trish handled all the human stuff while Bubbles did a lot of lovin’ and talking, just sayin’. Here’s a beautiful thing! With no trade I was out the door all in for $13,500. I live in an apartment complex and have a garage. My garage neighbor just purchased a $75,000 Lexus RX350. Thanks to Next Ride Motors, I am far happier with my gently used MKX. Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

If you are to purchase a new Express 1500, make sure it's AWD. I don't think the 2015 Chevy comes in AWD, so go for the Savanna GMC.

Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

Micheal Motors seemed like a good dealership. Darren is a great non-pushy salesman. The Car was a good car at a great price. There was a feature I found in another car I would like to have. I haven't ruled them out but I want to see where the other goes. Good luck your car search.
