LKL was one of six dealers we visited while shopping for a used Tahoe. I can't say enough good things about Sean and his process of helping us with the purchase of this vehicle. We negotiated an extra fee to take care of some scratches in the paint and his body guy did a fantastic job. We also purchased some new door remotes and found out that they were not able to be user programmed, so Sean brought out his kit and ran the process to program both new remotes. That was some great "after the sale" service. We are definitely satisfied customers!

For a work van it's amazing! I love the ride! Good power, fuel mileage is great! I do seamless gutter and it handles the weight no problem! I love it!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

After 40 years of driving pick-up trucks,we decided to try one of these and we are stoked. It handles great , gets great gas milege holds alot of cargo and is comfortabe to drive. I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

We drove up from the Olympia area to look at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator they had in their inventory. The dealership, while being a little off the beaten path was a pleasant surprise. Though low staffed because of the State Stay at Home Order. We were allowed to view the vehicle, test drive, and buy the truck with no pressure. They gave us a good trade in price for our trade in and we worked through the paperwork in a couple of hours. The truck came with a clean CarFax. I appreciate Logan for the excellent service. I would buy again from them at anytime.

The Express 2500 Van is a heavy duty van platform with tons of configuration options from the manufacturer and the aftermarket. There are 3 engine choices and several trim levels to suit. Great unit!

We will all have a few bumps in the road when it comes to car repairs. Donny my customer service specialist at Chevy has helped with making great suggestions on repairs. I don?t worry about to many repair cost at this moment because I have a warranty so it?s been easy to deal with. If part department just so happen to order the wrong parts for your vehicle, don?t take it out on the service department. Stay patient with them and they will promptly fix the situation and make it right.

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.
