This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I was looking for a used Honda Accord and Fadi had one that was in great condition. We had some minor concerns that he took care of before we came back to purchase the car which included replacing the front grill that had a little cosmetic damage. He and the team offered a low pressure sale and were committed to helping us if any issue should arise. I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

If you are looking for a used vehicle, this is the place to go. Mo, Martin, and everyone else we interacted were impressive. We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I recently purchased a 2010 mustang from Indy Motors and I am very pleased with the vehicle and the dealership personnel. I got the car at a good price and Daniel, Alex and Jessica were very helpful. The price was very reasonable, in fact I think I got a really good deal. My only concern I had is that all though they did offer a 2 year warranty (that I declined) when I got the car back to Ohio I had it throughly examined and there were some issues with the brakes. The front rotors needed replaced and one caliber on the back was bad. I did tell them about it but they didn’t offer to help pay for a little of the repairs. I didn’t expect them to pay for it all but it would have been nice if they would’ve offered to maybe pick up 10% or so of the cost. I still highly recommend them. They have all of the foundational elements of a good dealership. Nice cars for a reasonable price that are sold by a helpful staff that is willing to work with you to get you a vehicle that you love. 4 and half stars any day of the week. I’m big on loyalty and I will definitely check their inventory when I’m in the market for another vehicle
