My Mercedes Experience of RVC is always pleasant, effortless and professional because of my incredible salesman, Craig German. Craig sold us our first Mercedes and we haven't dealt with anyone since that time. Not only is Craig extremely professional, he is knowledgeable about the product he sells. He is just an overall nice guy, who enjoys the public and making sure his customers are satisfied. More people in sales should be like him. We don't want to deal with anyone else! i bought a jeep from here and i was unsure of the vehicle i wanted at first but after i was there i was able to test drive a few different cars and figured i loved the jeep i bought i had a budget that i couldn't pass and the car was more than that budget but after i sat with Pablo we were able to get it under my budget beyond grateful for them as i am still driving the car to this day with no problems but i recently went back and bought a car for my son i all went very smooth and i don't have any complaints i would totally recommend them and i will be going back for my next vehicle happily

The gas motor is outstanding, features are amazing and very safe. The entire van is very well engineered for ease of use and great features.

this is the 3rd one in our family. highest towing capacity of any mini van. loved the reliability. although, this is the first van that i had a lot of small issues with ac compressor/steering pump/idler/shocks that were taken care in the extended warranty. solid vehicle with lots of room to carry things and the roof rack is very useful.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I love my new Blue Buick Envista. It is a pleasure to drive and looks beautiful. Thank you Bill ! Recently a tire went flat due to having two big pieces of road metal debris embedded in it. I called the Arnold Chevrolet Buick service department and was able to bring my car in ASAP without a scheduled appointment. The tire was too damaged to be repaired, and I was able to get a new tire right away. In addition, the service advisor, Zacharie Medina, reminded me that my Envista was due for an oil change and regular service. He said he could have that service also done while I waited for the tire to be replaced. I did not have to make a future appointment. The wait was short as I sat in the pleasant, comfortable waiting room. All of the work was done perfectly. Arnold Chevrolet Buick is the only establishment I will ever use to buy and service my cars.
