This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

David Hernandez always go far and beyond in customer service by making sure that I make a appointment at the best day and time according to my schedule which is beneficial and I always leave the dealership happy after his service has been provided. I bought my car in for some repairs and the process was easy and fast. My car has been repaired and looking brand new again! Thank you David!

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Found the car I wanted at cars.com, and was referred to Tim by their internet sales manager. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. John in finance was also wonderful to work with, without the hard sell on lots of ad-ons. (He did sell me a couple of things after explaining well why they were a good idea, told me not to bother with a bunch of others...) Wonderful experience all around!

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I would like to thank the service department for honoring my rim warranty. I brought my truck there while I was getting new tires and wanted my rims to get refinished at the same time because I paid for the warranty when I purchased the vehicle and the service wasn’t available at that time. They told me to bring it back. I brought it back almost a year later and my warranty was up. They completed the rim repair and I didn’t have to pay for the service to be done. ZERO cost to the customer!!!! Nucar puts the customer first!!!! Thank You again for the service and consideration!!!!! I will continue to purchase vehicles there as well as getting them serviced 👍🇺🇸

Was told up front how minimal the 30000 mile maintenance would be. Planned for an early drop off and told them I wouldn't need the car until the afternoon at earliest. Was only about 45 minutes until they told me the vehicle was ready. Very happy with my service visit.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.
