Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Adam Winfrey at Crain Kia Bentonville was great helping me get scheduled for the very next morning when I came in a little frantic about all of my headlights suddenly not working & also scheduled me to have my 30K mile service done at the same time. So thankful he was able to arrange a driver to take me home during the 3-4 hour service and pick me back up when my car was ready. Even better, my car was vacuumed and beautifully washed waiting for me. That was a great surprise! Especially after my last service at Crain Kia Fayetteville not going well at all. So bad I swear I would go back… I truly appreciate Crain Kia Bentonville’s excellent customer service, attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure I felt safe leaving in my vehicle after my Fayetteville service left me a little traumatized. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

I wrote a negative review a few days ago. Must say, the dealership made up for a simple mistake the service department made. Went off on salesman, Nigel Treat. Did not deserve the negative statements. Nigel will go beyond expectations to make sure all is good. I apologize and appreciate ya'll putting up with a grumpy old man.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

This is a beautiful new location and they have really upped the service here. It is night and day.
