2022 Volkswagen Atlas review
Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Andrew Doyle at this dealership was amazing to work with. He was soft spoken, detailed yet concise. He was influential in making a deposit for a purchase. I had to pull out later for other reasons. But I give high regards to Andrew’s work.
2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.

Thank You for an Exceptional Buying Experience Dear Andrew and Alex, Thank you so much for all your help with my recent purchase of the 2024 BMW X3. You made the online and over-the-phone buying experience truly enjoyable. Your friendly and approachable attitudes made me feel welcome from day one. I also really appreciate your fair pricing and outstanding customer service—especially delivering my BMW all the way to Peoria, IL. Your efforts have left a lasting impression, and I will surely return for all my future auto purchases. You both went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you again for everything. Elgin VolkswagenReviews
Elgin Volkswagen review
Erv, I hope you get this, because you are an absolute ROCK STAR!!! For those of us who are not in the industry, the car dealership is not the place that many want to be. But then there are places like Elgin Volkswagen. I have never been to a place that I trust more with my Tiguan than this dealership. Unfortunately, I had one that had issues ranging from the steering wheel to the PCV Valve to the Cylinder head all before the 50,000 mile warranty expired. EVERY SINGLE TIME Erv treated me with incredibly customer service and kindness, getting me back on the road in record time. For the PCV valve, I had the check engine light come on driving home from work on I90, and I was able to make an appointment to bring it in. Now, to be completely honest, I was scared. "What if it isn't broken when I bring it in?" "What if I waste my time?" I left the engine running when I pulled it into the service drive just so I didn't risk the light turning off, but I didn't have to! Erv took the car back and came out shortly later and told me that they replaced the PCV valve. Crisis averted! Phew! Then I had an issue with the steering wheel capacitive touch sensor. Again, I brought it into Erv. He drove the car back, and came out shortly after to tell me, "Good news, we had a steering wheel in stock, so we put it on". At this point, I was more than floored!! Thirdly, and most importantly, my Cylinder Head had to get replaced shortly before the warranty expired. The part was on Back-Order, and Erv really out-did himself with this one!! He took my Tiguan, put me in a loaner for three days, and then texted me when mine was ready. Not to mention the fact that he texted me ON A SUNDAY EVENING that my cylinder head was in and ready to be installed. You better believe I dropped my car off the next day!! The bottom line is, ERV YOU DESERVE A RAISE MY GUY!!! THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!!

2024 Volkswagen Atlas review
Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

Best dealership around! Tom does what he can to make sure the customers are always happy. Erv was fantastic in service. They are kind and the most important part, women-friendly. I’ve always been made to feel I need to bring my husband or dad to purchase a vehicle, until I went to VW Elgin. They will continue to get my business!

Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!
2025 Volkswagen Atlas review
Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
While sales noted it has cameras, it is only for backing up, not when parking and looking for a forward camera. Not having either auto fold in mirrors or memory for seat (only available on their most expensive model) turns out to be quite inconvenient. Car is quite comfortable and roomy, especially the 3rd row.

Land Rover Schaumburg review
Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

We had a great experience working with Megha! We were able to get a price upfront via email before coming to the dealership to test drive. They didn’t have the color we were looking for in stock, but were able to get one in very quickly. Megha was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying my first car easy!

Andy Mohr Volkswagen of Avon review
Tharon is by far the best car salesman we’ve had the pleasure of working with. My dad is usually pretty hard on salesman but he will be coming to Tharon from now on! I got a wonderful vehicle at the price I needed it to be to be comfortable every month. Hes very understanding and personal. Doesn’t pressure you into things and doesn’t make you have that uncomfortable feeling you usually have at a car lot. I don’t have enough kind words to say about him!
