Fernando Rodriguez was an amazing help in our search for a used car for my son. His follow up was great and went out of his way to get answers for all of our questions and concerns!! Thanks again Fernando!!!
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

Very happy with Jonathan and the service he provided
2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

City Volkswagen of Chicago review
My experience working with Edgar was great. I had no issues with him at all - 5 stars. Negotiation was simple and easy. The price was great. My only issue was with Evelyn Franchi, finance manager. When we were going over the final numbers, she told me, and I quote her, “by law we’re supposed to show you the best [interest] rate”. I did enough research to know that was a lie. I even ran an AI search to double check Illinois law while in her office, no such law exists; words matter, what you say to a buyer matters. I informed her that I had gotten pre approved at a lower rate and suddenly she was able to drop the rate. Was she violating the law or did she lie when she didn’t initially show me the best rate? Finance managers shouldn’t be able to lie to their clients. An uniformed buyer would’ve taken her word and trusted that she was telling the truth. Don’t lie to the buyers because you don’t want them negotiating the rate. I recommend double checking anything Evelyn says. Overall, 4 start rating as the majority of the process was smooth. I highly recommend working with Edgar if you’re in the market for a Volkswagen.

Muller was overly responsive to my vehicle inquiry and offer a very competitive price from my 1st call with Matt (Sales Manager) He even answered my call on his day off. No pushy sales approach.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

We purchased a 2019 Jetta from them. They made the process very easy and efficient. Asim Syed was our sales person and Anthony Pociask was the manager. we made the deal on a Wednesday and picked the car up the next day. everything was ready for us and it took 1.5 hours for doing the finance deal, and getting a tour of the car, and them making sure they answered all of our questions. In case you are wondering, Yes I would highly recommend them to a family member :-)

Ayinde Garry is genuine and passionate about customer satisfaction. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. I would refer him to many others because he’s really detailed when explaining each question that’s asked without being misleading.
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I have many good things to say about the ID.4. I've only owned it for about 500 miles so far, and I'm happy with the performance, comfort, features, and feel of the car. I cannot attest to its reliability given that I haven't owned it for long enough.

Amazing from start to finish! 5 different people checked with us as we were waiting. Salesman had a lot of information to share on our vehicle. Financing and warranty was a pleasure with no high high pressure sales at any time. We will go there again!

Percy was very helpful, and Jerry (Sales Mgr) too. I test drove it and struck a deal with minimum fuss. I made a deposit and came back the next day to sign papers and take delivery. The car was washed, gassed up, and ready to go. Thank you!

I came into Hall and purchased a 2020 Tiguan one from Bryan Spigarelli, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was super friendly. They got me the financing I needed and answered all my questions. I also got assistance from Joe Nelsen who made sure my car looked and ran like new! I will definitely be back and I would recommend this family owned business to my friends and family.
