Sales lady brooxie did a wonderful job communicating with me about the car.i drove 160 miles to test drive car.price was right .i had cash in hand.Manager fumbled the ball on the one foot line.by not coming to some agreement on getting the car to my house.His only suggestion was was for me to drive back home get my daughter and drive back to atlanta from greenville sc .to get the car home.welli took my money and drove back home.Thank You!!!

This car is so amazing! It is a totally different look and feel to the old Jetta. It is the biggest change since 2008 in the Jetta's! I think VW did a great job. The inside is incredible. SO many great features and comfy leather seats! The trunk is very spacious and and the technology inside is fantastic. Great car, especially from the drivers perspective since the screen is slanted towards them.
One of the reasons I always go with VW Kennesaw because they have a great customer service. I'm very pleased with the personalized treat that I received Very happy with my new car! regards

My 2018 Beetle is in shop for warranty work and I am driving a white 2019 Jetta S. I'm liking it alot so I was checking out pricing on Car Gurus and I can't believe you can pick an automatic S for under $14k! I'm seeing dealer discounts of $6,000 off MSRP on the S model. Heck of a deal on a pretty decent car. The full LED lighting is amazing. My only wish would have been to include satellite radio. The CarPlay is nice and makes up for no sat radio.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
Wishing I still had my 2016 Jetta

I regretfully Traded my 2016 Jetta for a new 2019 Jetta in November and wishing I could get my old car back. One disappointment is that The navigation system was changed to a system of using my phone, the problem with this is when I use the Bluetooth to call someone, I loose the map app, which is frustrating. I also had the creme color interior in my old Jetta, miss this too, the creme color was so much better. Just felt classy and clean looking. Really miss the cleansess / classier look of my old car. New car has too much dark areas, I have the tan model. I do like the new heat system, works great. I also like the extended warranty of new Jetta, car also handles pretty well so far. Just wish I had not traded just does not feel special.
the service was fast and I would take my car here again . Cant not say enough good about them. Rafel the service manager was GREAT, Thanks
