Balise Volkswagen review
I recently bought a 2022 Arteon from Mike Maymon - the whole process was a breeze. I drove an hour and a half from Massachusetts for this specific vehicle and wasn't disappointed. The stellar reviews are true. Having recently left the automotive business after 8 years and all too familiar with the pitfalls of the industry - I was happy to see that there are still dealers operating with a high level of integrity. Even though it's a far drive, I'll likely be back again if I decided to get another Volkswagen. Thanks to Mike and the team for all you do!

Empire Pre-Owned Superstore review
I found a vehicle online that the store showed in inventory. I made an appointment and took a 2 hour ride to se the car. I was assisted by Mike, my salesperson. Although the car was as described and nicely presented, I decided it was not the right model for me. Mike did a great job finding out what will work for me and will contact me when the right vehicle is available. Bottom line, I'd make the 2 hour drive again. Thanks, Brian

Chris Wall and the team at Scott VW are completely professional and personable. We've purchased two quality used VW vehicles, a Tiguan Limited for myself and a Jetta for my son, and the whole process was just so stress free. The service team is equally as impressive and I definitely recommend them highly.

Scott Volkswagen review
I bought a 2022 Taos and I’m absolutely in love with it. This is my first SUV and I’m so happy I made the switch from my Jetta. The salesperson, Chris, was absolutely a delight to work with. He was extremely helpful, professional and polite. I almost went to a different dealer and I’m so glad I didn’t. The General Manager was extremely helpful as well. There were several customers when I went to get my plates and I told them I didn’t mind waiting until they were done, but the GM actually came out and put my plates on for me.

Parkway Toyota of BostonReviews
Parkway Toyota of Boston review
On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable. Thanks so much!

Atlantic Subaru review
Atlantic Subaru is the only dealership that I take my 2020 Forester to. I live in NY & have a house on cape cod but only get my car serviced at Atlantic despite the fact that there is a dealership 5 miles from my house in NY that ruined a transmission on one of my cars. Customer service is superb. And the mechanics always service the car expertly. The waiting area is stocked with snacks, a TV, and comfortable chairs. There is also comfortable workspace available. The women’s room is meticulously maintained. Go to Atlantic Subaru that treats your vehicle & yourself top shelf.
