September 12th. 2022 TJ Motors Has Done a fantastic Job Again and Again ! My Wife and I purchased our 3rd Car From TJ Motors! The 2nd was about 3 years ago a 2016 Ford Escape which is loaded with all of the bells and whistles that my wife desired and has performed greatly and reliably - the Salesman whose name escapes me and Finance Manager Mike Kievites once again made the transaction pleasant, non-pressured and with a great extended warranty ! The 3rd car is a 2018 Ford EcoSport which we just purchased on September 12th, 2022 was even more of breeze as I had immediately sent our budget for down payment, monthly payment and extended warranty. Mike responded early that the car was still available. My wife had Window shopped the vehicle that weekend so she had her heart set on the car and expressed this to Mike over the phone. So at Mike's recommendation I did a pre-loan application. We stopped by to test drive, the car was everything my wife wanted perfect size, features, price, interest rate based on my improved credit and monthly payments with another great warranty and better yet, all of the paperwork was ready to be signed. My wife drove out in less that 40 minutes with great 4WD vehicle that will provide safety and comfort in especially in the Winter months. I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV with only 12,000 miles through IMOTO, and the experience was unlike any car buying process I’ve ever had — in the best possible way. At first, I was hesitant. The concept is unique: you connect with IMOTO on your computer while they share their screen and give you access to thousands of vehicles available at auction. You select the car you want, set your maximum price, and they attempt to purchase it for you. If successful, they add a flat $3,500 fee plus a very low $199 dealer fee — no hidden costs, no complicated add-ons. What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. He even offered to buy the car first, have it shipped and detailed, and let me pay upon delivery if I was satisfied. That level of trust sealed the deal for me. My wife and I chose the Rogue, and within five days — over Labor Day weekend, no less — the car was delivered to my driveway in New Hampshire. Two of Philip’s employees arrived with the vehicle, which looked even better than advertised. We were honestly surprised and elated at how spotless the car was — it looked showroom new. I still don’t know how they managed to get it purchased, transported from Illinois, cleaned, detailed, and delivered so quickly, but they did. I wrote the check, signed the paperwork, and the whole process was smooth, honest, and straightforward. Now, let me talk about the value. Before this, I had spent weeks researching Rogues at countless dealerships and online listings. What I discovered was shocking: even a 2021 base model S trim was selling for more than what I paid for my 2023 SV. And based on the mileage, condition, and features my car came with, I know I would have easily spent thousands more — easily $8k higher — anywhere else. Getting a newer, higher-trim Rogue at this price felt like an absolute win, and it confirmed for me that IMOTO’s model really does save buyers money. From start to finish, IMOTO exceeded my expectations. The transparency, professionalism, and personal touch (especially from Philip) turned what felt like a risky experiment into the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re hesitant like I was, don’t be. IMOTO is the real deal, and I couldn’t be happier with my car and the entire process.

I bought a 2022 Taos and I’m absolutely in love with it. This is my first SUV and I’m so happy I made the switch from my Jetta. The salesperson, Chris, was absolutely a delight to work with. He was extremely helpful, professional and polite. I almost went to a different dealer and I’m so glad I didn’t. The General Manager was extremely helpful as well. There were several customers when I went to get my plates and I told them I didn’t mind waiting until they were done, but the GM actually came out and put my plates on for me.
