Sensor issue for tire pressure - shop searched and found recall that was not yet corrected and fixed that as well. In and out in an hour and a half. Multipoint inspection performed and very detailed and informative
I came into Jim Ellis VW to look at GTIs. My salesman, Gary Mollere, was very friendly and patient in letting me test drive both a Certified GTI and the new 2018 I ended up driving away in. He was happy to find any vehicle I had in mind and waited out in the cold for me to pick the color I liked best (Dark Iron Blue). When I had questions about an accessory, Gary pulled another vehicle off the lot to demonstrate it. We were able to reach a decent deal after little negotiating. Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.

I just want thank Millo for a great first time experience in getting a me a great reliable car. Although, it was late and close to closing two nights straight he listened to my needs, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Felt like a distant uncle. He showed true compassion for what he does, and was not "pushy" in making you feel like you were just a sale. Karl was great as well in getting me in out and answering all questions I may have had as a first timer. Jersey made sure I got the most for my trade in and I truly appreciate the team work in making me feel okay about my purchase. Millo even made sure I got new windshield wipers not thinking he heard me he text me to let me know he was going to take care of everything. I sincerely appreciate everything guys. Visiting Audi Atlanta was a wonderful experience coming from a history owning of Mercedes and Toyota cars. I did not believe I would have walked out of there buying a 2016 Audi Q3 Quattro the same day as test driving it but my boyfriend was right, I absolutely loved it! I test drove other cars while there but the Q3 was perfect for me. Davian Quinn and Michael Gerbick were so helpful and considerate and really made it a memorable experience. Furthermore, they have both continued to amaze: from assisting my boyfriend and I with putting on roof racks to repairing minor defects on the car at no charge. I am more than grateful and humbled to have had such kind, attentive customer service.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
