I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and South Bay Lexus is one of the best! I am on my third vehicle from this dealership and every experience has only gotten better. I was lucky enough to work with Sam Ko on my most recent purchase. Not only was he upfront, and honest, but he did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying or leasing a car is a big life change/decision and having someone with you that you can trust every step of the way is truly invaluable. Sam you are the man and I wouldn't be in my GX without you. Thanks for everything!
Susan Ahn at service made me feel welcomed and she took care of my car quick and showed professionalism. She got my car in for service and got me in a rental until my car was ready for pick up. I was in and out of there when I dropped my car off. I would recommend others to go there.Thank you, Ms. Ahn for the excellent service.
I love this dealership. 2nd lease I have done through them. Super quick experience with lending dept as well. Everyone is so friendly. I used the same salesman for both as I knew he understood I don't have a lot of time. He was so knowledgeable about all the cars and cars in general.
Although we could not "fix" the issue, I must tell you how great it is to interact with everyone at Pacific VW. Michael Sandoval immediately greeted me when I pulled up. When he went to bring my car to the back, Jonathan Rodriguez greeted me quickly and handled the paperwork and shuttles. As always, everyone here is courteous, professional and attentive. Michael was the first person who helped me into a new lease in 2016. He saw how distraught I was with the repair estimate and handled things right away. He was never pushy or sales-y. He was relaxed and engaged, interested in finding the best options for me. I hope Michael, Jonathan and of course Nancy continue to be recognized and rewarded at VW. I'm blanking on the shuttle driver but he was terrific as well. Happy employees make such a huge difference in the success of a company.
It has been a while since Jonathan Rodriguez handled a service request for my Beetle. He is my absolute favorite! Service is always busy and Jonathan is popular. I have been a customer over 12 years and there is no guarantee you will hook up with the same service associate. It was a pleasure working with Jonathan again. This was a simple left-rear bulb outage, however, it was caused by a burned-out socket. As always, Jonathan explained the problem, repairs, costs and time duration. The issue was resolved and I was on my way, confident my vehicle received high-quality service. Jonathan has that special touch that makes servicing your car effortless. Thank you Pacific Volkswagen for recognizing exceptional individuals like Jonathan Rodriguez and having them on your service team.
I had the best car buying experience in my life! I called multiple dealerships to do some research on getting the best deals for a car and leasing options. By far, Russell had been the best! Not to go to deep into it but I felt other dealerships were giving me the run-around. He went above and beyond in my opinion to not only get the car that I wanted but for my needs as well. All the interaction was done by phone. Being that I've never done business with them before, I had so much faith in Russell that I drove an hour to make sure they had my business; I live in Fontana. They will definitely have my business again as well as any referrals! Buying the car from them potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands, and I can't imagine what would happen if I took my business somewhere else. Abay, the finance manager and the team over there were awesome as well! Loving my 2018 Crosstrek!
It was two days before Christmas, on a Saturday night and near closing time. And not once did we feel pressured. None among you gave off a vibe that perhaps you'd rather be home with your family, Christmas shopping or just out celebrating.
No, William Huynh and everybody there were with us, attending to our obvious need. (You should've seen what we drove up in!) And you showed us that you cared.
You folks will long be remembered by me and my family. And you can be sure that we are grateful for the opportunity to have come to know William Huynh and Timmons of Long Beach as our dealer of choice for our car buying needs. We are very happy indeed; and will be rather vocal to our family and friends about it.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car.
I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan).
The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable.

I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, firstname.lastname@example.org late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
We just bought an Audi Q3 from Audi downtown LA. Our salesman Taylor Ngo and his supervisor Kit Chieng were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This was by far the most pleasant experience we have had a car dealership. I would definitely go back and recommend Audi Downtown LA!
I'm from Vegas but the Audi prices here are outrageous. I found Audi of Downtown LA online. Great prices and customer service. Kit Chieng ( email@example.com ) was very helpful.
