After being hit in a minor rear-end collision I heard a rattling sound. During a routine maintenance visit Robert was good enough to take a ride with me so he could experience the rattle itself. The service center was very good about identifying the noice, which was loose exhaust hanger. It was quickly fixed. Communication was excellent with Robert, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
The closing process was painless and excellent and that gentlemen was beyond helpful . The negotiations with the manager on duty was great . The salesmen Paul was very inconsiderate and very scatterbrained . I purchased two cars at the same time from him and he kept rushing and disappearing and kept mentioning he had other people he was needing to sell to . He attempted to try and talk me out of installing the hard top that came with the vehicle and thought it was a joke that I wanted to see the Jeep on a lift . I felt that I stood around and waited for long periods of time only to have to keep reminding him why I was waiting there . Overall the dealership was great and all but the experience of service we got on the sales side of things was miserable . He also knew nothing at all about the cars .
Friendly service, professional, and let me know prices and exactly what was going on with my vehicle and key. I didn???t agree with me paying for the key to be reprogrammed cause I had nothing to do with the key malfunctioning. But none the less... I was satisfied.
This is my fourth Volkswagen and my second time buying from Kings VW. I drive out of my way to go to Kings because of their awesome knowledgeable sales staff and great selection. My last experience was the best car buying experience ever. So naturally when it came time to buy my next vehicle, I went straight to Kings Volkswagen.

I was travelling to Cincinnati on business and I contacted the dealer about a car in their used inventory. They were prompt in a return contact, kept the vehicle reserved for me until I arrived some hours later, and gave me great attention during the test driving phase of the experience. I had limited time and they were VERY good about making quick work of negotiating a fair price, getting my paperwork done, and getting me out of the door in my new car. From top to bottom, everyone worked hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the sales manager and sales person even helped get the car detailed before I drove it off the lot. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. This is a dealership with people willing to go the extra mile!
There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Jeremy Howard was my sale representative. I can honestly say he was the best salesperson I have ever worked with why purchasing a car/truck. No pressure, non haggling approach. He didn't play the typical game most dealerships play with wanting to know what payment I was looking for. I told him the price and teuck I wanted and he delivered!!! As long as he is in the business I will be a client if his and Whitewater motors going forward!!!!
