I came from Columbia SC to look at a Jeep Sahara I saw online. Greg greeted us at the door and got us into a test drive and then purchasing the vehicle without any issues. He was friendly, efficient, and made my car buying experience a breeze. I would recommend ALM Marietta to friends and family, and ask for Greg!!!

BMW of Gwinnett Place review
I want to take a moment and thank the guys at this BMW Service Center for the amazing experience. They listened to me when I was stressed about the sudden noise my vehicle was making, they paid to have a tow truck sent all the way to Conyers, and they found the issue I was so concerned about. I will come to this BMW location forever, and so will my kid. Special thanks to the Manager Patrick C., and the Advisors David G. and Trevor D. who coordinated everything from start to finish. Customer for life.

Nalley VolkswagenReviews
Nalley Volkswagen review
Great experience at Nalley, they were able to get us in exactly the vehicle we were looking for and negotiated a great deal. Only real downside that I would say took away from our experience was the wait. We spent two evenings at this location in the buying process the first evening we arrived around 3:45pm did a test drive and then spent two more hours in negotiations with the sales team. Came to an agreement and arranged to come back the following day for pick up and complete paper work. The following day we arrived at the scheduled time and the vehicle was ready prior to arrival but we spent two full hours just waiting to meet with the finance team to sign paper work. This was entirely off putting as parents of young (infant and toddler) children I really didn?t enjoy the extra time in the dealer. It felt like my time wasn?t respected given we had an appointment. Overall I feel the experience was great but could?ve been way faster.

I bought a nice CRV there yesterday. Antoine was so helpful and had the patience of a saint to answer all my questions and to explain and re-explain things to me. I already knew the car I wanted to look at and had the price before I even mentioned selling my car. Echo Park gave me over 2 thousand more than Carvana offered and several hundred more than another dealership offered!

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Been a VW customer for years working w the AWESOME James Crumbie in Service. My poor 2008 EOS just got too hard to find parts for, so we traded it and my truck in with Ismael Yassin in the sales department and he was super helpful getting exactly the car my son wanted from Kennesaw. Didn't make me wait around for it; Ismael delivered it to my house! What a great dealership - kept the VW groove alive, man.
