From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.
Reason I give it 3 start is because the appointment was set up by VW of America, when I brought car in I advised the issues I know of the car and was told that they could and would only check the issues given to them via work order. Was advised if I need to have something else checked I would need to set up another appointment because they didn???t have time. Initial issue seems to have been resolved so far but car still has other issues that they didn???t have time to resolve. Prior to this had a horrible interaction with them this time around they seemed to be a bit more professional
Work was done in a timely manner. Waiting area was comfortable and staff was friendly. The only thing they could have done better was offer me something to drink. I waited for just over a hour for the service.
When we first went in we were not sure of what type of vehicle we wanted. The sales team showed us some different options and talked to us about what would best meet our needs. We are very happy with our final decision.
We were greeted by professional employees who directed us to the service counter as we arrived at the store. Our service technician explained the process and the price. Vehicle was washed and ready to go as promised at the designated time.
I found my Pontiac Montana sv6 online and went to see it they waited on me after hours to get there. They were super nice polite and helpful let me rest drive look at and not pressure me into it. Just gave me car fax without asking and I even came back another day with wife and 2 year old and newborn again after hours to look at again. Randy was super nice and honest about everything about vehicle and told us about everything it needs and helped with all concerns we had. I recommend Efkamp Auto to everyone. Thank you Randy and your wife do your help my whole family thanks you.
My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. Even though I did not buy the vehicle, I would return to Billions because of my experience with Nermin
James Merrill is a great salesman ! He was able to answer every question i could come up with, and actually gave satisfactory answers. There was no wishy - washy bologna you deal with in most dealerships. The management was quick in understanding my time was important, and didn't waste it making me sit around for hours. The Alfa Romeo I purchased was beautifully clean and ready for me to take home, when they said it would be. Delivery was so smooth and informative. Thank you Billion! And thank you Mr. Merrill!
