My car purchase process was very straight forward. A straight quote at MSRP no hazel at all, very clean and pleasant comparing to the more common practice of high price with market adjusted rate followed by exhausting negotiation. One thing that could be done better is clearer communication about purchasing document signing process and reviewing basic operation features.prior to cat pick up. I want to thank the Kelly Volkswagen body shop for their immediate help when a truck crossed lanes and hit my driver's mirror, I had literally no visual to drive safely. The body shop ordered a brand new mirror, due to the hit and run, it took less than a week for the Kelly department to order a mirror which was installed without any delay, there were no scratches on my car, the chips attached to the vehicle's computer to the mirror was perfect, I clearly have warnings of any vehicles approaching me. The car runs perfectly. I love the Kelly vehicle so much that I didn't allow a trade for a corvette three days ago, a seasonal car, a convertible, but I couldn't give up a Kelly car which is reliable, dependable, and a joy to drive and ride. I have always gone to Kelly for car purchases, maintenance, and body work without fail, thank you for your service and exquisite work, you would never know that my vehicles have been hit and run. The technicians have great expertise and a second to none. After being a victim of a hit and run, you truly appreciate the time, energy, and money spent by the body shop, that and normal maintenance are the vital component that goes hand and hand with buying from Kelly, a prominent name in the community and car industry. I purchased a 2021 Atlas yesterday and picked it up today. I had done all the research prior to my first visit, so I knew which car I was interested in. Peter Simmons took a test drive with me and knew this car inside and out. There were no surprises other than the speed they were able to register the car for me!

This car has delivered beyond our expectations. Recently took it on a 180 mile trip into the Rocky Mountains. We arrived with over 150 miles in reserve. It’s quiet and smooth. Highly recommend!

The oil change was efficient. In terms of getting me in there at pretty much last minute, they accomodated me and got me in earlier than expected. Did not like the fact that they had no record of me being there before despite the fact that I purchased my last car there in 2013 and had all of my service performed there. But overall, good service.

I bought mind taso in late march. Brand new love it! Great mileage, Drive beautifully. Mind is a SE. Comfort seats. I can not find anything to say bad of my vw.

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

We dealt with Morgan and he was able to answer all our questions and he was super nice & helpful. He made our visit to showroom a pleasant experience and at no point we felt pressured into buying a car. I really want to appreciate Morgan's inputs as well on how nice he treats the customers.

I have had my atlas for 1 year 56000 + miles on the road. Interior has some big oops we diddnt think of thats. Phone charger in cubby. Useless shifter and drinks make it un usable . Drivers seat way too far to the right not centered to cluster, the steering wheel and distance between door to seat and seat to console. RightKnee developes bruses against console. Plugs for usb, audio and lighter is like threading a needle in a inclosed black dark box. Accident waiting to happen ... that is all for now trading it in for a truck.

We came in to browse their lot after we found them on Cars.com and we ended up buying a beautiful Audi A4 from them. We owe it to Ali's amazing customer service. Not once did we feel pressured to buy but his friendliness and knowledge made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase.

Tranny is dodgy on my 2012 v6...sport mode is worse....this suv needs a v8...sorry. I'm tall - the seats are not that great for me especially on long trips. Bought it 2020 so it was reasonably priced but now I'm looking for a Merc.

I highly recommend that your car be serviced by Toyota. They take good care of you and your car and they always look after your best interest especially when it comes to savings. They don't want you to spend extra money on repairs if you don't have to.

The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

Excellent place to buy a used car. Friendly customer service, laid back sales approach, and beautiful inventory. A relaxing atmosphere to look at and buy a Range Rover! The employees were great, great, great! I wish all of my big purchase experiences are as pleasant as this!

The car was bumped when being pulled out of the dealership and there was a dent on the back bumper as a result. The interior had colored pencil and other marks inside, and there was a small tear in the backseat leather. There is an issue with the EPC where a sudden stop, or jolt of the vehicle will cause the EPC light to go on and the car will start to drive funny. When driving conditions are stable and it is reset by turning the car off, that isn’t a problem. Though I may just take it in to the dealership to have them fix any and everything wrong.

I was very happy with the dealership and the sales man. I was buying a 5k car from a very high end dealership. They treated me like I was buying a 50k car. Only negative because they are a busy dealership there were people waiting to be assisted, they do not have s seating area and a receptionist there to greet you and keep you updated in the wait time would have been great

I have owned this 2016 Golf R manual since December, 2015. My previous car was a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3, a great hot hatch in it's own right. Right away I knew I had to tune the Golf R to make it feel faster than the Speed 3. APR Stage 1 accomplished that in spades. Not satisfied, I went Stage 2 which made the car absolutely bonkers (I did have to upgrade the clutch to a Southbend Stage 3 racing clutch). I have had three years on the Stage 2 and have had zero problems with it. Unrelated issues have included rear differential oil leak, window switch modulation, and misfiring due to bad plugs and coils. All except the latter were fixed under warranty. There is also a problem with the backlighting of the speedo/tach/fuel/coolant temp gauge that hasn't been fixed but other displays are fine. The car at just under 54K miles remains a blast to drive and very easy to live with.

My appointment went very well, as scheduled. Everyone who works there is so nice! They are very thorough with updates in texts. Cassandra made me feel like family, which made me appreciate this business.

It was my wife’s dream vehicle, and when it was brought from the back she was in love I am glad that she is enjoying this little token.

I love my Passat SE. My only complaint: being 6'1" I find it somewhat difficult to get in and out of the car. It sits too low. But once in the car it's most comfortable and a pleasure to drive. The driving assists and adaptive curse are marvelous. I think it's one of the nicest looking cars I've ever owned.

I got the SE model which I now regret. No SiriusXM radio, no navigation and no trip mirage and the only thing it counts is Miles, no quarter, half etc. Cannot give a person accurate directions. I don’t like the moon roof cover. It’s just glass and a shade no metal line outside of car so in NC in the summer I could cook an egg in it I believe. No excuse not to out SiriusXM in it. I had 2012 Jetta SEL that I absolutely loved it had all this one doesn’t but someone ran into me and totaled it in 2020 or I’d still have it. This one falls short of it.

When we arrived on Friday,November 20 everything was all set for our pick up of our 2020 RLX. The whole experience was quite professionally done. The heck list of all the settings were thoughlly discussed with us and all set up by the time we took cars of the financial part of the purchase.

Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.
