I went in just to ???look??? because I loved my 2013 RDX, I didn???t like the new features on the 2019 RDX and have not driven a Sedan in over 15 years but Brandon suggested we ??? give it a test drive??? well he picked the perfect car for me. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. The other day I stopped by Ingersoll of Pawling to just mention the my tale light was out. I wanted to know which light I should buy to replace it. The staff member I talked with immediately told me they would look at my car, took my keys to the service department, and had them check out my vehicle. I didn't have to wait very long. My car was looked at in a very reasonable time frame, and on top of that, the dealership replaced the bulb at no cost to me. As I was waiting the staff was friendly enough to occupy my time with conversation and coffee. This dealership has top notch employees and service. I would definitely recommend Ingersoll of Pawling for repairs, and much much more!
This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.

Bought R 32 and Taureg from Compass for girlfriends over the years with cash. Looking for deal on Golf R but no concession. Therefore no loyalty to that dealer. Repair of rattle on Taureg took two tries but fixed. Selection usually not as good as a larger VW dealer.
Years ago, could not test drive an R 32 before signing for it. More a VW stupidity than a dealer issue. But manager was not polite about it. Went out and bought a Mitsu Evo instead and never looked back. They lost a sale because I could not test drive car before signing that i would purchase it. Something about no miles on R 32 demo. VW has some bizarre policies not to mention the diesel fraud.
Think that was under old ownership.
Derek Smith was wonderful to deal with in selecting and trying out the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly - a really great guy. And the same for Dexter John in working with me on the financial side: we went over everything in great detail and actually enjoyed the process. I???m delighted with the car I purchased and with how the whole transaction was handled.
Steve was so great and so inviting! He knew everything about the car which he shared with us, and even knew the new drop by GASHI. We couldn???t be more happy and recommend him if you are looking for a used Audi. Give him a chance!

Dexter John handled the financing of my car and it was the easiest finance I???ve ever experienced.
Was in a bind. Mr Traverso went above call of duty to assist. Needed a key to unlock wheel to change flat tire for my nephew. Couldn't find one anywhere except to order online. I stopped in the VW dealer in Middletown NY, spoke with Mr Traverso who was kind enough to trust me and let me borrow the key I needed. I offered to rent it or buy it and he declined stating he just needed it back. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Much appreciated.
