I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!
The folks at Subaru of Little Rock bend over backwards to take care of me. I got a great deal on a new Subaru, I get a courtesy car if work is going to take awhile, and I get treated like I'm their Mom. Best car ever + most competent and nicest people ever.

No pressure, told Paul what I was looking for, payment limit and he went out in the pouring rain and found my car. Everyone at Mercedes -Benz of Little Rock was very professional, kind and helpful. First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
