I always like vw bmw and of course benz. But the problem is, i dont have that kind of money to spend. What i mean i do have some money only if i can afford along with my other bills. I hope you guys can help me. Walk out driving with the choice of model that i have in mind. It may sound impossible, but i heard you guys are the #1 best vw bmw and benz car dealership all over the south land area. Not unless i could be wrong. Any way with my good intentions you can make it possible for me to buy a car from your lot with out any problems. In fact you can consider me a first time buyer honestly. I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

Honestly I hate the car buying process it feels always so slimy and everyone is just out to try and screw you over from the sales guy to the sales manager to of course the finance manager. But you know what there is hope again for me I can’t believe it. From the moment I stepped foot I was greeted by the nicest person Eli and at that point I knew I was in good hands. Eli has to be the kindest and most genuine sales person I have ever met in my life. He really did want what was in our best interest. Then he brings out the sales manager Fred! First thought in my head great I got to hear some stupid sales pitch on why my trade in isn’t worth anything and some stupid low ball amount. Nope far from! He politely asked if he can take some pictures and test drive the car. Fast forward now Eli and Fred comes back after we run credit and I was like great now they are going to give us the I need X amount down because of blah blah blah. But no!!! He was like let’s make it work what can you do I told him what I could do and he pulled his strings to make it happen! Now moving on to the finance manager I really can’t stand them try and sell me every warranty under the sun. But nope Edgar was just so real about it all didn’t force me to buy it and try and make me feel bad like oh you don’t buy it what if this and this and all this crap. Look let’s just put it this way when I’m in the market for a car again this will be the first dealer I check to see if they have what I’m looking for and if they don’t I will ask and see if they can get it as simple as that! Look for Eli sales! Then ask to work with Fred sales manager and of course Edgar for your financing I promise you promise!!! You won’t regret it!

Volkswagen has done an amazing job. This Tiguan’s body lines are soooo sexy! Keep up the excellent work Volkswagen! This is truly a freaking awesome machine! The smoothest ride, very comfortable seating, lighting is beautiful, interior has taste and the black on black 🤤

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

To all the "whiners" out there (detailing mechanical issues) "after" 100,000 miles. You don't let ANY brand of car go without "scheduled maintenance at or around 90-100,000 miles. Look at your maintenance book that came with the car. (ALL) cars have an expensive scheduled maintenance plan. If you buy a new 2024 its gonna have a $100-300 inspection and a mechanic bill of $150-175/Hr labor before parts. Some of you sound like you're suppose to be able to buy a perfect car that will never need maintenance. Really??? sheeesh. Buy an extended warranty and a new(er) car. You're the worst kind of driver to review any car. This brand is often nicknamed the "million mile" car bc it can go that far with "scheduled maintenance" of the engine wear items and oil changes. Can your Honda or Hydaui go that far??? I challenge you as a 4 VW car owner from the 2006-2014 to beat this brand of engine on highway mpg and engine longevity. Go do your homework and stop whining. My 2006 VW diesel still going at 325,000 and my 2014 Passat Tdi still going at 147,000 with the engine pistons and rings just getting seated at 90000-100,000 miles. You don't know what that means but as a diesel tech I can tell you it means it just getting its first break in period on its longevity of the engine parts. Farfenugen baby. Go VW!!!

We had a great experience at VW of GG...we never stepped foot into the dealership and made the purchase all virtually. The icing on the cake was that Chris delivered the car to us same day...and we live about 30 miles away from the dealership. It was truly painless and very upfront. This is how car buying should be.

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

I chose this Tiguan as it is large enough for me to carry my skis inside. It is extremely good on gas. It is very quiet on the road handles very well is very comfortable and is loaded with many safety and convenience features that I did not know I would even appreciate. It is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.

The issue was hard to diagnose but thank goodness they had a master technician! It was under warranty and I had my car back in one day. Smooth process - would highly recommend!

I had an issue with my A/C and made an appointment with another dealer two weeks earlier, only to be told that they couldn’t help me as their diagnostic machine was broken. They also said that there were no recalls on the car. I took it to Capo VW and my A/C was fixed promptly and there was a recall on the car which they took care of as well. I’ll never go back to the other dealer even though is closer to my house. I appreciate Capo VW prompt service and professionalism.
