I have 2 2019 Jetta SELs. One white with cinnamon interior and the other Blue with cinnamon interior. One was leased for my daughter while in college and the other was mine. Both cars have performed very well and no mechanical issues other than the fact I got a flat tire once and realized I had no spare tire, that it was optional on the Jetta. The gas mileage was excellent and on a recent long trip I was getting 45 mpg for long stretches of the trip. Both are leases and I am trading one in for a 2022 Tiguan SE [I am tired of getting in a car as I get older], but the other lease I will encourage my daughter to buy out because there is no way she can get such a reliable vehicle for such a price today.

I had what was a Very unpleasant phone conversation with a female at Gunther Mitsubishi regarding an oil change appointment made a month ago - she was rude, apathetic and unprofessional, to say the least. I reached out to the Customer Service Director, Daniele Bellitto, who listened, was genuine and totally professional in every way. I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

Courteous and professional, address all my needs and gave valuable advise all through the time my car was in their workshop.

We sold the Tiguan and got the Atlas. It's so much more bang for your buck in the Atlas. We're averaging 27 mpg in the Atlas; we were only getting 29 in the Tiguan. The Atlas rides much smoother and the room is huge!!!

Great service...Tom was great to work with and was able to meet my needs and expectations. Financing was quick and easy. Spent a total of an hour in the whole process. Spent more time test driving and looking at the great selection of Mazdas.

Really fun to drive, like the looks much better than the "Catfish-mouthed " vehicles that seem so common. Great technology, and nearly 40 MPG in mixed driving without the extra cost and complexity of the hybrids. Quite comfortable, and roomy enough for my wife and I to do some long road trips.

Tiguan like most VWs show their superior stability and control in bad weather, cornering and higher speed. That is compared with my other car (Crosstrek).

I have been a customer of this dealership for about 7 years. I recently experienced a theft of my 6 month old k5, which was recovered but had a damaged part. Dawn in the service department did all she could to try to find this part, but it just wasn't happening (thanks covid). When it was time to look for a new plan, I reached out to my sales guy Eiran and worked with my finance guy Ted to get me into a new car. Knowing my history with the dealership and my predicament, they rolled out the red carpet and got me what I wanted, including a swap out on wheels I liked better. This car makes Lucky #7 that I've bought here and I am always happy to do business here!

Bought this new in September 2019. LES model. Has about 20,000 miles on it. Because we drive mostly city miles I’ve changed oil at 6.000 mile intervals. Engine uses no oil. Only problem I’ve had was the front rotors warped at 10.000 miles. They are made from inferior steel and rust easily when you wash the car. Replaced them with aftermarket parts. I like the way the car handles. I’ve driven for many years and many cars. I can honestly say I enjoy driving this car.

Good selection honestly, tons of really well taken care of luxury/collectable cars. Also affordable options, the car I went to see did have some issues - but they are fixing them for me

This is my second Tiguan. Being 6‘5“ tall this is one of the most comfortable cars in this range. I like the touchscreen controls and the handling is very nice and firm. The panoramic sunroof is also a big plus. It is not the fastest car out there for sure. Cargo room is great and you can seat four people very easily in it. Legroom is even good behind me for a Passenger .

Not only did I get the car I wanted(a manual transmission car) but the car is comfortable, roomy- especially the trunk- great seats and more equipment than you would expect from most small cars. I test drive for a little bit and it was the car for me. Always wanted a Jetta.

Sel model. Literally, my only 2 gripes with the car as a whole, the seats can be a little uncomfortable after a few hours and the low end torque is abysmal. But the lack of torque, I kind of expect from a 1.4L. Overall great car, 40mpg easy, plenty of room for passengers and cargo, considering it’s s size, and still drives like new 80k later. I can see this car making it well past 200k

I had some issues with the car, but they had been taking care of. The Vehicle is very comfortable and for a 4 Cylinder engine has a lot of power for a mid size SUV.
